About this space
Relax with your whole group and stay close to everything in Richmond! This apartment is the upstairs side of the duplex with access to a fenced-in yard - perfect for dogs. The yard also has a fire pit, playground, and lots of room for children to run around.

* Very kid-friendly! There is a crib set up in the one of the bedrooms at all times.

The space
This side of the duplex is two floors. Downstairs has a pullout coach, half bath, and desk for office work. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room with dining table for 6. There is also an upstairs private back deck for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The front porch is also available for your use with bistro lights that come on automatically in the evening.
Please note that the downstairs apartment is also an so there may be other guests on the property. Their entrance is through the backyard.

The backyard is a shared space between the two units. Pets are welcome! The backyard is almost fully fenced. Please note the only area that is not gated is the section of stairs to the front porch.
We ask that all dogs are leashed while in the backyard for the safety of all guests on the property.

You will access this unit through the front blue door.
Guests will receive a unique code for the smart lock on the front door for the dates of their stay. The code will be sent in the check-in instructions.
