There are three steps leading up to the porch to access the main (side) entry of the home.

The entire home is accessible to guests for your enjoyment and use. However, we do have two hospitality closets on-site that contain our restocking supplies. We kindly ask that you do not access or tamper with these closets. Please note that any evidence of tampering or missing supplies may result in a fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

DISCOUNTS: Our pricing is haggle-free and always represents the lowest and best price we can offer, including long-term and seasonal rates. Weekly and monthly discounts are shown, if applicable. We are not able to provide additional discounts.

AVAILABILITY: Our calendar is up to date and accurate. If your requested dates are showing as available, you are welcome to proceed with your booking!

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

SECURITY CAMERA NOTICE: For your awareness, exterior security camera(s) are in place and actively record the property`s exterior, public-facing areas at all times—including during reservations. Please note that there are no cameras located inside the home or in any private areas.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
All booking requests constitute acceptance of all house rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgement of the listing description. Failure to adhere to house rules such as having a party will result in consequence of non-refundable cancellation of reservation.

No parties or events allowed. Only the number of guests in the confirmed reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am.

We allow well-behaved dogs (no cats) who are up to date on vaccines to stay with us. The yard is not fenced, and you will be responsible for picking up after your dog and placing into the trash (not left outside in bags).

You will also be responsible for reimbursing for any damages your pet may cause to furniture and furnishings at the house as we want to keep our house in top condition for future guests.

No trash is to be left outside that is not in the designated lidded trash can in the carport.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
