Free street parking is available, as well as parking at the rear of the house. Please note that the parking area behind the home is shared with the downstairs unit. While a car is recommended, Uber and Lyft services are also available in the area.

The front porch, front door, foyer, and parking area behind the home are shared spaces with the guests of the downstairs unit.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to 2 dogs per stay for a $50 fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

New Build, but tiny water heater

Pros: newly built and clean. Property Manager responsiveCons: Advertises sleeps up to 6, but water heater only allows hot water for 20-30m continuous so not sufficient for accommodating 6 people. We had to shower with cold water multiple nights or wait an extended amount of time in between showers, which is not ideal. The area was also very rough.
