This home is one of two units in our duplex. This cozy 2-bedroom, 1 bath is in the charming neighborhood of Church Hill, just a stone`s throw away from downtown Richmond. Perfectly situated near major highways, this home is a great base for exploring the area.
As you step inside, you`ll find a modern and inviting space, complete with a spacious living area featuring a contemporary electric fireplace, perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and there`s a dining area where you can enjoy them together. The two bedrooms offer very comfortable sleeping arrangements. The larger bedroom has a walk-in closet for extra storage.
Outside, the private fenced in backyard provides a tranquil retreat, with a lovely hangout spot on the back deck where you can relax and unwind. Whether you`re here for work or play, this space is sure to be your home away from home in Richmond.

Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $250.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $150.00 pet fee. No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
