1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) There is outdoor surveillance at the driveway for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

4) No Hunting on the property

5) No fireworks on the property

6) Small breed dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Max of 1 dog per stay. The fee is 150.00 per stay.

7) All day time visitors must be registered and included in the guest count.

8) No visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets.

9) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35.
