The Oak Tree Lodge accommodation offers an unforgettable experience of self-contained, luxury indulgence, situated in the quiet little village of Rhyll, Phillip Island. This property has period elegance with a contemporary twist overlooking an oak tree in a beautiful garden setting.
One-Bedroom Apartment - Boat House
This air-conditioned/heated apartment has both garden and sea views. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast provisions, a dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee machine. There is also a flat-screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and a Blu-ray player. The bathroom has a hairdryer and free toiletries.
Guests have access to a communal barbecue area and shared laundry facilities.
Please note a sofa bed is available on request for additional guests.
We are located on the corner of Poulter Ave & Walton Street, in Rhyll.
Once you have crossed the bridge to Phillip Island continue on the Phillip Island Road for 7.5 km, take the right-hand turn signed posted "Rhyll" and continue to the T junction in Rhyll, turn right onto Lock Road heading to the beach. Take the second right into Walton Street and we are located on the first right hand corner.
For Guests staying in The BOATHOUSE take the main driveway on Walton Street for allocated parking right under the boathouse.
Phillip Island is home to a variety of wildlife attractions including the famous penguin parade and Australiaâs largest fur seal colony.
Phillip Island is located 90 minutesâ drive from Melbourne and the Oak Tree Lodge in Rhyll is the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil English garden setting.
