-Dog friendly- fully fenced backyard (1-2 dogs only, no cats please)

-Outdoor living space: gas fire pit, 6 person hot tub, large covered sitting area

-Family friendly: Pack ’n Play available by advance request (not stored onsite), highchair, small kids playroom, plenty of toys/books, kids plates/utensils

-Fully stocked kitchen including Instapot, popcorn maker, waffle maker, mixer and much more

-Separate guest house stocked with games + TV-High speed Wifi and 2 smart TVs

-Electric vehicle charger - 220 V, Tesla type

The Neighborhood:

Amazing location just 1 block from the neighborhood swimming pool (heated; seasonal), tennis court, basketball court and playground. Mount Hood is less than half an hour away and offers world-class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow tubing, and thrilling downhill mountain biking in the Summer. Beautiful alpine hiking and biking trails are everywhere. Grocery stores and restaurants can be found just down the street in Brightwood and in Welches down Hwy 26. If you don't feel like driving to the mountain there is a ski bus stop in Brightwood, just minutes away.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — This mountain retreat is nestled in the Mt. Hood area, surrounded by nature. While not a walkable urban setting, the peaceful surroundings and outdoor recreation more than make up for it.



🚗 Driving — A car is recommended for getting around. The area is well connected via US-26. Free parking at the property.



🏔️ Recreation — Minutes from Mt. Hood ski resorts, hiking trails, and the Sandy River. The charming town of Sandy is a short drive for groceries, dining, and supplies.



✈️ Airport — PDX is approximately 60–75 minutes by car via US-26 West.

Pool: Outdoor, heated, open Memorial Day to Labor Day



SECURITY CAMERA ON PROPERTY: We do have a sign out by the garage and the ring camera is to the left of the entrance to the house not on the door.



🐾 Dog-Friendly Space

We welcome 1-2 dogs only; no cats, please. Our cleaning team deep cleans between every stay, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests



⏰ Quiet Hours, including Hot tub:

10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance)



🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
