Outside there is a gorgeous, private pool and generous terrace with sunbeds. In addition, a shaded terrace with comfortable outdoor seating and of course outdoor dining thanks to the barbecue area.
Being just a short uphill distance from Kiotari (a couple of minutes in the car or 20 mins on foot) from here you have easy access down to the fabulous beach, laid back beach bars and restaurants. From Villa Elios Mare you can also explore further inland to discover the more traditional delights of the hillside villages including Asklipeio and Gennadi within a very short distance.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 91cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 91cm wide. The outdoor area is flat with a mixture of tiles and lawn, this can be seen in the images. The area around the pool is tiled, whilst the pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom door is 81cm wide, and the shower room door is 80cm wide.
