Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm. The terrace is spacious and relatively flat, with a mixture of lawn, crazy paving, and tiles. The drive is on a slight incline which also has direct access to the pool area. This can be seen in the images. There are stepping stones to the pool, whilst the pool itself requires ladder access. This villa has multiple levels. There are 5 steps from the front door to the lounge/bedroom area. The ground floor bedroom door is 65cm wide, whilst the ensuite shower room door is 72cm wide.
