This secluded retreat sleeps a total of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Have breakfast in bed ☕ and take in the splendid sea view without even getting up. Open the doors to the balcony and let the cool breeze drift through the space for a great start of the day. This room hosts a Queen-size bed ensuring a good night’s rest. The second bedroom, located on the next floor, is equipped with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom holds one single bed. Another person can comfortably sleep in the comfy sofa, at the seating room.
Stop by the sparkling clean bathroom before heading to bed to treat body and soul in the deluxe bathtub.

If you choose the airport pick-up option, we will meet you personally at the airport, drive you to your property,, check you in, and orient you, stress and hassle-free. Throughout your stay, we're just a phone call, text, or email away to provide any assistance or recommendations you may need to make the most of your time in Rhodes. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible.
Guests have sole access to all the indoor and half of the outdoor areas of the villa including the 32 sq.m. newly built swimming pool.

Other things to note
RENT-A-CAR: Rodos is a big island, so maybe you'll want to rent a vehicle for a few days. I could do this for you, before or after you arrive. The price will be very good and we will get the best insurance coverage. We select local businesses to help the Rhodian community. You can get your rented car at your home or at the airport.

AIRPORT PICK UP & DROP OFF: We can drive you to & from the airport with
pleasure! Please inform me a couple of days before your departure date.

POOL MAINTENANCE: Please note that the swimming pool is professionally cleaned and maintained 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Saturday) to ensure the best possible water quality and cleanliness throughout your stay.

For legal requirements, the name and surname of a guest together with her/his passport or ID number are needed by Greek authorities. Please provide these before arrival.

Once you book, we will provide you with more information on airport pick up, directions to the house, instructions on how to get in, help with renting a car, etc.

Long Stays: For monthly stays over 28 days, minimal extra charges apply. Please inquire before booking for details.

As per Greek law, a daily Accommodation Tax applies to your stay. While the basic tax rate (€2/day) is included in your Airbnb booking, during April-October the tax rate increases to €8/day. Therefore, the €6 daily difference must be paid in cash upon arrival.

By making this reservation, you accept that this is not a hotel or any other official touristic accommodation. This is a private home and you are a guest. The guest is the only one responsible for his/her own or family safety during their stay in the property. The guests are fully responsible if by their actions they violate the Greek or E.U law. This agreement is covered by Greek law and any civil difference should be held in Rhodian courts.
