The hacienda style villa offers a patio in the middle and all bedrooms with own entrance from the patio,which makes it pleasant to stay with a couple of friends or family as the privacy is granted.

The master bedroom with raised double bed & separate bathroom; one bedroom with twin beds & en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with double bed & en-suite bathroom; one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with double bed both sharing one bathroom. One bedroom with entrance from the patio to the first floor. Amenities: Sat TV, DVD, CD, private infinity swimming pool with outdoor Jacuzzi; BBQ and outdoor dining area. A sauna is located under the infinity pool - not operating during summer month - with a separate shower. The in between cleaning twice id included.The nearest beach is within 3 min by car reachable.

Los Olivos VIP Estate is cliff located 80 m above sea level, next to the 14th century Kritinia Castle on the west coast of Rhodes island. Overlooking seven islands including Halki and surrounded by rich local natural scenery, the property offers both stunning views and absolute privacy to its guests on a remote location - a dirt road leads to the villa. A lush, flowering 100 sqm central patio with lemon trees allows direct access by a covered pathway to a well-equipped kitchen, living room and all six bedrooms. An outdoor dining area with BBQ adjoins the kitchen. The master bedroom has a typical Dodecanese raised bed, plus an upstairs sitting space with a huge window overlooking both sea, sunsets and property grounds. I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.
The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 10 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash. 15€/day for the property !
Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.

Une vue imprenable

Une magnifique villa, avec une vue à se couper le souffle. La propriétaire est adorable elle est de trÚs bon conseil, pour les visites et les lieux ou faire les courses. C est un havre de paix.

A wonderful holiday

We were two families of 5 holidaying together for the fourth time in recent years, and Los Olivos was certainly a spectacular success... We have to begin with the views, which are nothing short of stunning...to relax by the pool, enjoy food cooked on excellent BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area and to chill with a glass or two of local wine are experiences to remember. The accommodation is great, with loads of space both indoors and out and plenty flexibility too with a variety of sitting and eating areas, an outdoor basketball / volleyball court, and lovely gardens. A real highlight is the layout of the property with the bedrooms all individually accessed from the central open air courtyard, with lemon trees and flowers to welcome you when you emerge each morning... A couple of things to note that may not suit everyone: the mobile phone coverage is patchy at best (you have been warned!!) and so if the internet is a bit ropey (as it was during our stay) it can feel a little bit off-grid; and there are two semi-domesticated but friendly cats who are resident on site. Also the access is a good km of dirt track off the nearest road...but it’s worth the bumpy ride when you get there and enjoy such a stunning location... Big thanks to Claudia who handled our booking and was so very helpful and accommodating in this year of Covid, and to Anna who is a friendly and helpful owner with good local knowledge of shops, tavernas etc...and who recommended Bakis Brothers butchers in nearby Embonas - great local meat!! We had a truly fantastic time at Los Olivos, with our 2 week holiday topped off by a marriage proposal...Chloe said YES to James (hooray!!) and so it will always have a very special place in our memories...

Fantastic house into superb location, if you look for tranquil stay this is a perfect choice. The house is fully equipped and decorated with very good taste. The views are great. We really enjoyed our stay in "Los Olivos".
