Great location. Wonderful host. Very noisy though. You hear every car and everyone walking on the street at all hours. The closing bar traffic was a problem. Didn’t get much sleep.

Our family of three (including 6y/o daughter) had a great stay! Prior to arrival in early October 2025 we were in touch with Björn and he was very helpful. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and we loved the location. Parking was on-street only but we were always able to find a spot within 2-3 blocks , and using the Parka app was pretty easy as long as we remembered! While we were the late Björn was responsive and after a French press went missing before our arrival, he arrived with a new one. To clarify, the washer/dryer combo unit is on the ground floor. We thought it would be in the apartment. Only issue with that is that we planned on being able to do laundry but another guest hoarded the machine, leaving laundry in for 2 days, but that’s no fault of the apartment.

We spent two nights in Reykjavik and the location was perfect. We walked everywhere and it was located in a very quiet neighborhood. We were within 3 blocks to the best bakery called Braud and company and the Hallgrimskirkja church. We even had a view of the harbor. The stairs were a little steep if you have trouble with stairs but the place was clean and correspondence with our host was so easy.

Convenient and classy

This apartment was perfectly situated in Reykjavik center. We were 6 days into our vacation and got to get all our laundry done before heading to Ireland tomorrow. Clean, cozy, and convenient!

Nearly perfect. Great location in a lively part of town within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants ( Reykjavik Kitchen is outstanding ), museums, harbor & Sundhollin ( geothermal pool) as well as busstop at Hallgrimskirkja. Apartment well set up for 2 couples with views over the water & very comfortable. Only here for 2 nights but could have easily made it “ home” for an extended stay & would stay here again as first choice.

Great location

This apartment is in the perfect location in order to walk to just about everything downtown. It is surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops. Check-in was super easy and convenient. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Washing machine/dryer was very handy. Just be aware this building has no elevator, so be prepared to haul all your luggage up several flights of stairs. It was worth it for us and not an issue, though.

What a great spot!

This apartment is very well located and close to everything. Parking on the street was a breeze and we loved being able to walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Reykjavik.

The most perfect spot for the most lovely city!

We checked out of unit E this morning and are now back home. Just wanted to drop a note to say what a fantastic property it is and how much we loved our time staying there! It was adorable and perfectly appointed, super clean, and the location was 💯. We loved the little deck for our morning coffee. We also really appreciated all of the suggestions offered for restaurants in the area. Thanks so much! We adored Iceland and would love to return—and if we do, we hope to stay at Nest Apartment E again!

Lovely City Center Apartment

Loved this perfectly situated gem which was within walking distance to good restaurants, shopping, community pool, the harbor, etc. Extremely clean and comfortable and a joy to return to every evening. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Downtown Location!!

I can't imagine a more easily accessible, closely located to the sites and restaurants, more comfortable location in Reykjavik. We loved our stay here and would definitely return. Everything we needed was there and everything was so close. There is a fantastic bakery, Braud & Co, that everyone needs to visit! The Pistachio Bun is AMAZING! We loved hearing the bells from the church and seeing the bell tower out the window, at night it's lit up so beautifully. Parking was easy to find every time. It's a great location! *An important note:* all down town restaurants require reservations. Even if you make them for 30 minutes out, you'll need to plan on making a reservation if you'd like to eat anywhere.

Comfortable Apartment

Well maintained and stocked. Mattresses were wonderful ! Walk to nearby restaurants/supermarket and shopping. Actually convenient to walking downtown-20 min at most. Safe neighborhood, quiet. We were able to find free parking on the street of the apartment too.

Amazing! WAY Better than a Hotel

This property far exceeded my expectations! The location of the property was amazing - you could walk everywhere, close to main highways, parking always available (and cheap!). The check-in process was beyond easy - no issues gaining access to the building or to the unit. The unit itself was clean and nicely updated. The beds were big and SO comfortable. I would highly recommend this property and already have recommended it to friends and family. The value and experience is 10 times better than what you would get at a hotel. THANK YOU!

Great location!

The condo was very comfortable and had everything needed for our 2 night stay. We were able to walk to everything in Reykjavik and parked our rental car our front. The manager was very responsive and directions to enter the building clear and easy.
