You can't beat the location of this fantastic property which is situated right off the main street in central Reykjavik. All major attractions, shops and nightlife are within walking distance. The famous church (Hallgrimskirkja) is 2 minutes walk and your closest supermarket (bonus) is right on the corner (30 seconds walk!)

If you are renting a car then this apartment is one of the few in town that comes with its own private parking space. Parking in Reykjavik can be difficult, especially during the high season, so your own guaranteed parking spot is very convenient.

This spacious 110 square metre apartment has three comfortable bedrooms and a private balcony. Two rooms have king-size beds and a smart TV, and bedroom number 3 has a queen bed. All linens are 100% cotton and each room has black out blinds and blackout curtains ( a strong combination to ensure a restful nights sleep during the bright, summer months)

A crib is available upon request.

The living area offers the perfect space to unwind with friends and family. My pride and joy is the sofa, which is very comfortable, and big enough for everyone to enjoy. A perfect spot to relax after a long days travel. (If a seventh guest would like to stay they are welcome to stay on the sofa. You are required to notify us of the extra guest and we will provide linen/extra pillows)

This living space also boasts a 65" smart TV and surround sound. Prime and Netflix are logged in and ready for you to enjoy.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan, with ample space. So you can cook, talk, and enjoy the space together.

Essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo and body wash are provided to save you a morning shop trip.

If you are looking for a spot that is comfortable, convenient, big enough for all your group, and walkable to all parts of town then this is your place.

Definitely this place is in the heart of the city and close to everything. The entire family loved it but our stay was too short. Great communications with owner and we hope we can visit next year.

Really nice place in the heart of town, close to a lot of stuff and convenient to a bus stop where a lot of tour buses make stops, so it’s also good for tourists. A lot of good places to eat and walk around. Freddie was an excellent host, super helpful and always responsive when I had questions, and the place was spacious, neat and worked just fine for me and my extended family for our stay. Thanks so much for the hospitality, everything was easy peasy!

Great place to stay close to everything. Free parking at the church 2.5 blocks to the west. Saw northern lights from the coast 2.5 blocks to the east. Brought kids and everything was great.

The apartment was spotless and incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. Fred was an outstanding host. He responded to all of my messages promptly and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He was exceptionally accommodating and even provided a thoughtfully curated list of fantastic restaurants to try.The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the vibrant restaurant and shopping district, perfect for exploring. There’s also a grocery store conveniently located just down the street.I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return myself!

Apartment was excellent. Lots of space, kitchen has all the essentials and location downtown was great for shopping and restaurants. Host was the best. Very easy to contact and gave us great ideas for restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend.

2 days in Iceland

We added two days on our trip to the UK and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Iceland is beautiful and our 2nd story apartment on Laugavegur was absolutely amazing! Fred had everything ready and was accommodating to our schedule. We can’t wait to come back for a longer adventure.

Great spot

I can’t imagine a better location with a parking spot in the middle of the city. We were able to walk almost everywhere in town and had easy access to the car for day trips. The home was exactly as described and clean and warm and had all the essentials. Comfortable beds and couch. Kids loved people watching from the large windows during down time. Easy communication with the owner. Can’t say enough good things about our trip.
