This cozy One Bedroom Apartments is located in the perfect Downtown Reykjavik, on the popular Laugavegur Shopping Street, with soundproof balcony, laundry facilities.

The Space:
Stunning One Bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 people features simple wooden furnishings, floor to ceiling windows and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave. The private bathroom has a shower and is stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Kitchen –Includes dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, oven, electric kettle, microwave and all the cookware necessary to make a meal.

Bedroom – discrete and comfortable

Bathroom - Shower and a washer/ dryer

Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request.

The guest has access to the whole apartment.

The check in process was very smooth; I received the codes to the apartment and the lockbox and both worked seaminglessly.I had no idea the location was so perfect. My only advice for direction-challenged people like myself - turn RIGHT out of the apartment to find the joys of Laugavegur. The tourbus stop was a 30 second walk if you turn in the CORRECT direction!I am also a wine drinker so note that you cannot buy alcohol at any grocery store, which was too bad because the 24 hour grocery store could not sell it.Although I was happy to see that I had a balcony, it was too cold for me to want to use it. But the washer and drier, both full units, were great. I could have brought 1/2 fewer clothesCalling a taxi was a bit tricky - I recommend asking the nearby Central hotel midgardur, a block LEFT from . apartment. It's an easy spot to pick me up, and they hotel didn't seem to mind doing this for me (although I did not tell them I wasn't a guest) I did call a taxi a few times, myself. However - taxis are EXTREMELY expensive, so try to familiarize with the area as much as possible. Since Iceland is so expensive, bring what you can in the way of food. I brought cereal for example, and two bottles of wine. I later learned that my people buy wine or other alchol in duty free. The nearest government run liquor store is about 1/2 mile awayBut the apartment was so wonderful, it was a struggle leaving it! High recommendations for future travelers.

I can't say enough about this rental. We loved it! The location was fantastic with a short walking distance to everything and a small grocery store across the street. It is located on a walking street only so it was quiet as well. The king bed was very comfortable and my kids said the pull out bed was very comfortable as well. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The black out curtains were much appreciated. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if in Reykjavik again.

Very nice property in a great location! The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The only issue was that we were given an incorrect lock box code to obtain the key. This was discouraging after a long day. The person on the help line provided us with the correct code, and everything worked out.

The bed was so comfortable. Great location. Great communication. Best of all was customer service. I would say having a car was a bit of a hassle arriving to this location. Once we got into a parking garage it was great. Navigate that before you come if you have a car.

Well located on Laugavegur

Stayed at this unit for 6 days in October. Its very well located. The unit is simple, without a lot of seating and basic supplies are present. The building was fairly quiet. The 24 hour store across the street shines so brightly that there is no possibility to block out the light at night (also a broken curtain rod doesn't help), If you are planning to stay on the pull out sofa, be advised that its very bright in the living room. The balcony is impossibly small and not useable.

Perfect family accommodation

We would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Reykjavik. It was clean and roomy and having a kitchen and laundry was a big plus. It’s in the perfect location to be within walking distance of many of Reykjavik’s attractions. Would stay here again if we return!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property managers checked in with me by email during the stay to see if there was anything we needed and were very responsive from beginning to end. The property was a small apartment, but perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean and inviting. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, and surprisingly so was the mattress on the sleeper sofa. Location was right across from a convenience store, a very quick walk to the Extra grocery store, and right at the end of the major shopping street. The bus stop was out the door and across the street. Everything about this was just perfect. Thank you all for a wonderful stay! If I come back, I'll be booking one of your properties!

Quaint and convenient!

The property was conveniently located next to the Hlemmur bus station, which gave easy access to everywhere in the city. It was also at the end of the main drag of downtown area, making our "daily loop" down to all the bars, restaurants, shops, and cafes a breeze. The water was also a block or two in the other direction, with stunning views. The apartment manager was very communicative, which is appreciated especially when traveling over seas. Laundry facility on site was a lifesaver. The bed was also super comfy/cozy. I would highly recommend this apartment!
