Indulge in a sumptuous stay at this elegant and spacious townhouse close to the sea in Southwold. Sleeping 10 guests, the beautiful, six-bedroom property offers exquisite accommodation across three storeys. Offering a balance of period style and modern-day comfort, it has two lovely balconies, a courtyard garden and some rooms with sea views. Ideal for a group stay, the dog-friendly holiday abode is also perfect for anyone wishing to be within 100 metres of the sand, sea and promenade.
Step in through the front door and lobby to find immaculate accommodation with a welcoming ambience. Choose whether to relax in the comfortable lounge, with its Smart TV, or the day room, with a second Smart TV and doors on to the courtyard. Prepare hearty feasts for your family and friends in the exceptional kitchen and then gather round the table in the dining room for jolly holiday meals. There is also a utility room and a WC downstairs. Venture upstairs to a double bedroom and a twin, accessed by three more stairs There is also a luxurious super-king, with an en-suite shower room and French doors on to a balcony with sea views. A family bathroom, with freestanding bath, is also at this level. Head on up to the second floor to find another super-king-size room, a family shower room and two singles, one with doors on to another balcony. Take your book and a cup of tea out into the courtyard on warm days. Parking is on the street, subject to availability.
Stroll 500 metres from the house down to the pier, where you can browse in the outlets, dine out and walk along the boardwalk to see the water clock. Southwoldâs boating lake is also down here. Take the children on a 1-mile walk to the harbour to go crabbing.
