Villa Staras is an amazing two-storey house of five bedrooms, 270 square meters, which extends in an area of 2 acres, at the beginning of a vast olive grove, with pool with jacuzzi 40sq.m and can be operated and heated, after consultation with the owners, with private parking, just 700 from the sea, built in one of the most beautiful traditional villages of Crete, in Gerani, which is 6 km from the center of Rethymnon.

Villa Staras impresses its visitor with both its architecture and its facilities. It has five bedrooms equipped with double and single beds which can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people , four bathrooms,1WC, jacuzzi, open plan living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, inside the house and kitchen outside in the barbecue area.

The outdoor area of the house leaves the visitor completely satisfied, as it is fully harmonized with the environment but at the same time provides everything needed to make your vacation dreamy, aiming at your fun and relaxation.

The 40sqm heated pool, which has a whirlpool ( both whirlpool and heated are upon request ),heated has an extra charge 60€ per day, and its shallow part reaches 0.73cm, height suitable for children, as well as the comfortable sunbeds that surround it, are an ideal place to enjoy the sun and your swimming throughout during the day. For sports enthusiasts the house has a mini basketball court, beach volley, aerobics equipment and a table tennis. Outside the house you will also find WC with shower and fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue, traditional oven, gas, grill and table, to prepare your meals and enjoy them with your friends and family in the outdoor dining area. , surrounded by the beauty, aromas and colors of the Cretan land, accompanying them with selected drinks and wines of our wine cellar, with extra charge.

As an additional note of relaxation and beauty is the waterfall that ends in a pond and a small river that crosses the entire exterior of the house, a sign of attention to detail shown by the owners.

The terraces of the house, one in front of the main entrance and the kitchen, nestled in the shade of the trees, and the other at the edge of the garden, equipped with comfortable sofas, stools, tables and chairs, invite you to enjoy coffee, drink and your food or relax reading your favorite book,

all hours of the day or night, listening to the sounds of birds and water, inhaling the scents of beneficial Cretan herbs and seeing the endless blue of the Cretan Sea.

Villa Staras also has a summer cinema, visible from all parts of the space, offering you the pleasure to watch your favorite movies and sports games, but also to enjoy endless musical moments, since it has an excellent sound 5.1 home theater dolby souround with B&W quality and the M Box, even through the pool, under the Cretan night sky.

The outdoor area has the ability to serve, with extra charge, events (weddings, baptisms, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.) up to 200 people, with the full organization of the owners (menu, music, decoration, etc.).



Ground floor

On the ground floor of the house you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and all the necessary items for the preparation and serving of your meals. The open space of the house has a living room, with comfortable sofas that become a bed, fireplace, Home Cinema, 65-inch Smart T.V, stereo and playstation, as well as a spacious dining room for your meals. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with double bed (1.50X2.00), fully equipped, with aircondition and Smart TV, which has a window and door with access to the outside courtyard and 2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine and dryer, fully equipped with all kinds of necessities.



First floor

On the first floor of the house you will find three bedrooms, all with Smart T.V, 42 and 32 inches, with satellite connection and Netflix, as well as aircondition. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.50x2.00) and 2 terraces, one overlooking the olive grove and the other overlooking the sea. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and its terrace overlooks the olive grove, the waterfall and the pond, while the third and larger bedroom has an impressive King Size bed (1.90 X 2.15) terrace overlooking the mountain, gorge and sea. On the same floor you will also find a bathroom with jacuzzi bath, fully equipped as well as a fully equipped pharmacy.

Finally for those who do not stop working on vacation, we have prepared for you a workplace, with wonderful sea views and a small sofa becomes an extra bed.







Attic

On the top floor of the house is the attic, a dream room for three people, with a double bed (1.50X2.00) and a single (1.00X2.00), properly designed to offer you comfort and relaxation, with aircondition, Smart TV and impressive sea views.

In this special area of the house you will also find a jacuzzi room for three people for endless hours of enjoyment and relaxation.

Free internet is available in all areas of the house. The property also has a private car park.



The house is only 700 m from the sea, at 50 m there is a bus stop with frequent services to and from Rethymnon. The center of the village is located at 600 m, there you will find shops to get what you need. There are supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, patisserie, cafes, taverns, A.T.M, music theater. There is an automatic defibrillator just outside the oven. Do not forget to visit the tavern Staras Food, which also belongs to the homeowners, to taste genuine Cretan traditional recipes that will excite you.
