Essential amenities such as a fully stocked local supermarket, a Lidl store, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy etc. are all within a 3-minute drive from the villa.

A car is recommended!
If you decide to rent a car, I can assist with the process, offering a variety of vehicles at competitive prices and excellent rental conditions. You’ll have the flexibility to pay the full rental amount in cash or by card, with no deposit required to be held on a credit card. More details are available upon request after booking."

5 guests Policy!

• The apartmentent is initially set up to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It must be clear that booking the apartment for 5 guests means that you understand and agree with the statements below:

• There is an additional charge in the nightly rate of 60 Euros per person per night included in the price paid during booking for guests beyond the initial 4-guests capacity.
• In case of bookings with 5 guests there will be a single bed to accommodate the 5th guest.
• The extra single bed will be placed inside the bigger room (white bedroom in the photos) together with the other double bed that exists there normally, so that means there will be no privacy between people sleeping in that one room.
