This captivating Villa offers a 920mÂČ outdoor pool area - with a 350mÂČ trees & flowers area and is embellished with a 75mÂČ private swimming pool (15x5 & 1,40 meters deep), also boasting a shallow part (0,40 meters deep) & a six-seater Spa Whirlpool (non-heated, 1,80x1,90, 1 meter deep) for endless hours of fun and relaxation. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ) under sunset skies, on the outdoor shaded dinning area. House 2
The House offers exquisite architecture in its 127mÂČ indoor space and offers access from the internal yard of the Villa, while also boasts 76mÂČ in total outdoor verandas.

Ground Floor: Living Room (featuring a 50’’ Smart TV) & Kitchen (featuring 5 Gas hobs stove with 3 ovens, fridge with freezer, orange /citrus juice maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, food processor, dishwasher, frappe machine, Nespresso machine (capsules), filter coffee machine, cappuccino foam machine, machine for drying fruits and vegetables) ‱ Bedroom with Double bed (1,55x2,00), embellished with a masterpiece en-suite bathroom - which has been creatively restored from an old wine press to a signature walk-in shower - plus separate WC. The bedroom offers direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor : Bedroom with King Size bed (1,80x2,00), En-suite bathroom with shower cabin & WC, direct access to a private veranda with comfy sitting, as well as to a veranda with lounge area (half shaded with pergola), shared between the two bedrooms of the first floor, both with wonderful views. ‱ Bedroom with Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00), En-suite bathroom with shower & WC, with direct access to the shared veranda with lounge area.

Guesthouse 3
The wonderful guesthouse in its 42mÂČ indoor space (and 22mÂČ in total outdoor verandas) is accessible through an external staircase from the internal yard of the Villa, which leads to a veranda with wonderful views. Guests have access through a balcony door to the first interconnected Bedroom with King Size bed (1,80x2,00) - beds can be separated if wished, with En-suite bathroom with shower & WC, 32’’ Smart TV ‱ a few stair steps up you will be welcomed by the second interconnected Bedroom with Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00), - beds can be separated if wished, En-suite bathroom with double shower, double sink & WC, 32’’ Smart TV, with direct access to a private balcony with comfy sitting.

Guesthouse 4
The wonderful one-space guesthouse in its 28mÂČ indoor space is accessible through a few stair steps up from the internal yard which leads to a balcony door. From there our guests have access to a bedroom with a King Size bed (1,80x2,00) and a Single Bed (0,80x2,00), 32’’ Smart TV, lightened up with natural light also from the window. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower & WC.

*TO SEE: Located at the picturesque Mesi Village, a historic village with many Venetian buildings, where the houses are built close to each other with beautiful courtyards, the iconic Villa is only within a few minutes reach to Pigianos Kampos beach and 15 minutes driving distance to Rethymno Town, but still offering the long awaited tranquility home you longed for. Shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found at the neighbouring village of Pigi within a distance of 5 minutes by car, providing tavernas and cafes, a mini market, bakery, a grocery shop, two butcher’s, a hairdressers as well as a pharmacy. A gas station can be found in the nearby village of Adele which is also less than 10 minutes away by car. Pigianos Kampos beach, which is the closest to the villa, within 10 minutes driving, is a vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families.

Beautiful Villa in pretty, quiet village

It is hard to fault Spartacus Villa. It is a stylish, luxury experience, with great design and finish both inside and out, is very well equipped, and has lovely views to the lush creek and hills beyond, the sunset and has a sea view. Ideal of larger groups with separated areas of high level accommodation. The host was excellent, very attentive and helpful. The hill top village is pretty, quiet and has a good Taverna.
