It features two spacious bedrooms—one with a cozy double bed and the other with two single beds—ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. The large sofa in the living room can comfortably accommodate one extra guest, allowing the apartment to sleep up to five people in total. With fresh linens, soft towels, and all essential toiletries provided, guests will enjoy a stay that feels as effortless as it is elegant.

The bright open-plan living area invites you to unwind after a day at the beach, complete with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked dishes, from cookware and dishes to a refrigerator, oven, stovetops, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathroom is modern and functional, featuring a hair dryer, body soap, and shampoo.

This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€15 per night for villas

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
