Villa Maison d'Olivier is located 800 meters from the center of the picturesque village Gerani and is only 6 km away from the beautiful city of Rethymnon, while the bus stop is just 50 meters away from the building with frequent services to and from city.

It is built on a property of 4 acres next to an olive grove overlooking the endless blue and just 300 meters from the scenic beach of Gerani, ideal for enjoying a quiet and family vacation.

Villa Maison d'Olivier is a modern ground floor house of 96 sqm in a two-storey building, with independent entrance and private parking within the complex. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, open plan living-dining area, fully equipped and functional kitchen, air conditioning and central heating, as well as electricity is provided through solar panels with respect for the environment.

The villa has two bedrooms. In the first one there is a 160x200cm double bed placed in the most private part of the villa offering romantic moments of relaxation overlooking the pool and in the other one has two single beds measuring 90x200cm each with the possibility of joining and converting into a 180x200cm double bed. The bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes and bedside tables, wonderful bedding and we can guarantee a maximum sleeping experience thanks to the high-quality mattresses, which can accommodate up to 5 people depending on your needs.

The bathroom has a bathtub as well as a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, and cooking utensils. The dining room is in the same area, while in the living room there is a comfortable sofa where someone can comfortably sleep, TV with satellite connection and Netflix ideal for hours of relaxation in the house.

All rooms are air conditioned and have fast Wi-Fi internet coverage.

The surrounding outdoor area of the villa is landscaped with a private pool and a rock garden ideal to enjoy the sun and the fresh air of the countryside.

In the area around the pool there are umbrellas, sunbeds, outdoor shower, mobile barbecue, and dining area to enjoy coffee or food with a view.

In the center of our picturesque village there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bakery, a pastry shop, cafés, traditional family restaurants, a musical theater, and an ATM.
