The expansive grounds feature a private swimming pool ( heated with extra charge 70€ per day) , a 6-person Hydromassage and a shower, ideal for unwinding while soaking in the serene surroundings. Families will delight in the children’s playground, while adults can enjoy lounging on the sunbeds or relaxing in the external sitting area.

The main floor welcomes you with an elegant living room equipped with a TV, a cozy sitting area, and a balcony that boasts stunning sea views. The living room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities like an oven, coffee machine, washing machine, and dining table.

This floor also houses a serene bedroom with a double bed, Tv and wardrobe, featuring its own balcony overlooking the pool, and a bathroom with a shower. An internal staircase connects the main floor to the pool area, ensuring easy access for all.

First Floor: Comfort and Views

Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed , Tv , wardrobes and access to a balcony with sea or pool views. A large bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor, offering additional convenience. The first floor also includes a rear balcony with a charming fireplace and sitting area – a cozy nook for evening relaxation.
