It features a fully equipped gym, complete with a variety of fitness equipment, and a private office area furnished with a desk, ergonomic chair, printer, and a 55-inch Smart TV, ensuring you can work or unwind as needed.Two bedrooms are located on this floor: one with two single beds that can be converted into a double, and the other with a double bed. These rooms are beautifully styled and provide ample storage space. A shared bathroom with a luxurious bathtub is also on this level, catering to comfort and convenience.



The ground-middle floor serves as the social hub of the villa, combining an inviting living space, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a plush L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a 55-inch Smart TV, along with sliding doors that open onto a balcony offering stunning sea views and outdoor seating. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, which includes a large table that comfortably seats 8 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, such as an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and filtered coffee maker.This floor also features two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and a separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower.
