The sprawling 300m² outdoor space, including a lush 75m² lawn, offers ample room for leisure, whether basking in the sun or engaging in outdoor play, while little ones will love the playground, equipped with a swing & seesaw. Finally, the villa offers secure on-site parking for one vehicle, with additional public parking available for up to two more cars.

The spacious, single-level layout ensures seamless indoor-outdoor living, with large glass doors leading directly to the pool terrace. The open-plan living room, featuring a 55” Smart TV, provides the perfect space for unwinding, whether curling up with a book or enjoying a cozy movie night. One guest can be accommodated on the living room sofa. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area inspire home-cooked feasts shared with loved ones. Each of the villa’s two beautifully designed bedrooms boasts an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests, as well as direct access to the pool terrace for the ultimate combination of indoor and outdoor living. Thoughtfully curated details, from exposed wooden ceilings to natural textures, create a calming atmosphere, while stone and brick accents add a touch of timeless charm.
