Eva Villas is a brand new complex for families and weddings, on the side of a hill close to the traditional Gerani village.The villas are next to each other, in a walking distance. The ideal location offers a panoramic and breathtaking view of the wild mountain landscape and the endless blue of the Cretan Sea with its colorful sunsets. The construction and architecture of the villas is a combination of modern and traditional Cretan style. The private infinity-edge swimming pools and various relaxation areas are promising the perfect summer holidays.

Each villa consists of 180 square meters on a ground area of 4.900 square meters with large private parking areas and 2 private infinity pools. The location is 2.5 km from the beach and 9 km from Rethymno city. Spacious outdoor dining and BBQ areas are perfect for cocktail parties and open-air dinners. Comfortable sunbeds and a large shaded lounge area with a built-in sofa next to the swimming pool will give you a sense of absolute relaxation and freedom. The living room, combined with an open-style kitchen and dining area, features large windows overlooking the pool and the sea, offering a panoramic view of the Aegean even while indoors. A master bedroom with king-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds (both rooms have direct access to the pool area), and a bathroom are located on the ground floor. The upper floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom. All bedrooms are bright and spacious and have a spectacular view of the sea.


Eva villas provide a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays.

Each villa can accommodate up to 11 people (6 people in beds and 5 people in sofa beds)

Also, we can provide a portable baby’s bed, baby food chair ( high chair ), baby bath, baby rocking chair. Free of charge.

YOUR HOLIDAY TIPS

We will wait for you in the villa for your arrival (despite the time, even after midnight) in order to help you with the house details and give you as much information as you want about the area, taverns, shops, places and beaches that you have to visit! Also, we will clean the villa and change towels and linen twice per week. Finally, we will be there for your departure for our last thank you! the owner will be also reachable on his cell phone and emails 24/7!
Everything is brand new and high quality. We try to cover all requests and continually improve our service.

Gerani village is a traditional Cretan village 7 km from the city of Rethymno with traditional taverns, churches, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, historical buildings, and the famous Gerani cave, The cave of Gerani is one of the most important and most beautiful caves in the prefecture of Rethymno and in whole Crete. It is located 7 km west of Rethymnon, at the location "Kamari" and close to the beach of Gerani.

During the summer, various traditional Cretan events and celebrations take place in the nearby villages
Close to the best sandy beaches on the North coast, such as Episkopi and Georgioupolis beach.

Amazing villa, bigger than expected. Modern and clean, and amazing views. A car is essential, and avoid driving through the middle of Gerani as the road is extremely narrow!

We were a group of 12 people and had a really good time. It was plenty of room for all of us , the Villa was really clean. The pool and the view was awesome. Markos is so great , everything you ask for he can provide allways with fast answers. Everything was just great. We really recomend it for all kinds of groups. We are definitely coming back one day !

Markos was a wonderful and responsive host through out the entire process ~ he was always available to answer questions prior to arrival and was kind enough to meet us at a grocery store and drive us up to the property when we arrived late at night. The house was very spacious for 7 of us ~ the pool and back yard area was so wonderful and we were able to enjoy some vegetables and melons from the garden in the front. We had been traveling for two weeks already prior to arriving in crete and it was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook our own meals in and enjoy time together in comfort. It would be great to go back and see more of Crete. ~ chrissie and family

It was a fantastic house with a gorgeous view and no bad surprises at all. Markos was a great help and he answered all our questions straight away. We were 10 people (3 adults and 7 children). Everything was clean and new and I would definitely recommend this place

Eva Villas made a lovely, modern, and comfortable home for us, traveling with two other couples. The villa is in a small village called Gerani and is about a 15 min drive from the central part of Rethymno. As you're up on a hill, you get lovely views of the hills and the sea. Manos was very responsive and easy to work with.

Manos was an amazing host. The place is incredible. The view is amazing. Central in Crete, you are not to far of every hot location. Manos even provide us with itinery suggestion for our stay that were quit unbelivable. They even provided us with a bbq for one of our super by the pool and the sunset. Markos really went to extra mile so our stay would be perfect, he even help book a friend flight to Turkey for the rest of is trip. Would totaly book this place again with friends.

Superbe expérience pour un premier séjour en Crète. La villa est située sur une petite colline où l'on peut observer la mer depuis la piscine à débordement. Proche du village de Gerani, très mignon, très typique, avec des crétois généreux et avenants. Nous somme partis entre amis et ne regrettons pour rien au monde d'avoir choisi cette magnifique villa. Nous remercions aussi et Markos qui nous ont permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances de part leurs réactivités et leurs conseils.

Cette villa offre de nombreuses prestations comme une piscine extérieure, des barbecues et un jardin. Très pratique pour les familles, cette villa offre également une laverie, un service de location de limousines/berlines et des parasols de plage. La réception est ouverte 24h/24.
