This captivating home lays in 1,500m2 of outstanding natural beauty, with a 500m² lawn covered area and is embellished with a 35m² private heated swimming pool with a special children’s pool compartment, as well as a six seater -heated spa whirlpool. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. The Villa boasts BBQ facilities (charcoal) for culinary wonders, as well as a shaded outdoor dinning area. With outdoor settings & tableware, don’t miss the opportunity to gather the family for a summer supper in the al fresco dining area. Cook up a wild foraged feast or enjoy the perfect spot for an evening glass of wine.


Family Friendly:

Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
Additional Fees | 50€ /day for the first two days & 35€ /every additional day.
Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Beds & Baths
Cleverly designed indoor living and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, accommodating up to 8 guests in real beds. In addition, 2 more guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed (which can be placed either in one of the double bedrooms with the Queen Size beds, or in the living room area) and the other one in the single sofa of the living room. The maximum capacity 10 guests.
