Effie's Cozy Villa - spectacular view & playground

The perfect vacation villa for families and friends. As it is built on the highest part of the village it offers its guests a spectacular view of Rethymnon town, the north coast and the mounts Vrisinas and Psiloritis.
It has almost everything you might need as it consists of a large pool that cools and relaxes you, a playground that keep children busy and happy, a gym room that keeps you fit, a barbeque area for dinning with friends and family, a fully equipped kitchen and an office working area.

Describing the house.
The house consists of a specious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room, three bedrooms and a gym room.
On the ground floor are the living room, the kitchen, the shower room and the gym room. The living room consists of a dining and a sitting room area . The gym room can be used as a bedroom as there is a sofabed that sleeps two. It includes a treadmill, excercise mats, dumbbells, an excercise ball, resistance tubes and an excercise rope.
On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom sleeps three with a bunk bed with three single beds, and the other room has a double bed.
On the top floor is the fourth bedroom with a double bed. This room can also be used as a working area since it has a spacious desk in front of the window. It is our favourite room since it has two large windows, one with a magnificent view of the town and the south coast, and the other one with a view of mount Vrisinas and the playground. There are also a hidden sink and a fridge into a closet. Moreover on this floor there's a big taracce with 360o angle view.
There are four smart TVs in the house with Netflix and satellite TV and air conditioning in all four bedrooms and the living room.

Describing the area outside the house .
Whithin the property there's a spacious playground with a tower house, swings, slides, a climing wall and ropes, a large inground tramboline and a blackboard for drawing.
Moreover a 36(m2) square meter (9m x 4m) swimming rool will relax and cool you during the hot summer days.
Also a ping pong table with bats and balls is avalable.
