Creta Sun Luxury Apartments - A brand-new small complex of apartments located in Rethymno town, in the suburb of Perivolia, near the beach and all the amenities that the resort offers.
The complex consists of 4 studios and 4 apartments in a mezzanine style. The apartments are designed in a mezzanine style and have a size of 45 sqm each, accommodating up to 3 persons. Each apartment features a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a dining table, a modern shower/WC, and a balcony with patio furniture. An internal staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed.
All studios and apartments are air-conditioned and provide a flat-screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. There is a small reception area at the entrance of the building, and outside, you'll find a swimming pool with sunbeds. A small gym is available, and all rooms are accessible via an elevator.
The location of the apartments is ideal, as it is only 300 meters away from the long sandy beach that Rethymno town boasts, 50 meters from a large supermarket, and a short walking distance to taverns and restaurants. A bus stop is just 100 meters away.
