Introducing the Asea Villa
Sweeping sands and long coastal rambles, paddling in the shallows and watching as the children jump over foaming waves. Family days by the seaside are so much iconic; with freckled faces, salt-kissed skin and tousled hair, retreat to the serenity of Asea Villa, where the only thing left on the agenda is to sit back and relax with a chilled glass of wine from the fridge, as children dream of seashells and the sun melts into the sea.

Enjoy the luxury comforts of this extraordinary Villa, laying in 2000m2 outdoor area, with a 500m² lawn covered area. Dip your toes in the crystal clear water of the three private pools exclusively at your disposal:

- a 100m² (non-heated) private swimming pool (depth ranges from 1,20 to 1,40 meters), with a swim- up gazebos area (total water surface is 150m²).
- a 30m² heated pool with a built-in, 4-seater heated Spa Whirlpool. (the pool & whirlpool can reach up (maximum) to 28 °C degrees, and this is always subject to the outdoor temperature).
- a children’s pool (non-heated, 2,50x4,00 & 0,50 meters deep).

Relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds, double gazebos and sun loungers or on the lounge area next to the pool with fire pit for endless hours of relaxation. Designed with relaxation in mind, the exclusive Villa boasts six bedrooms & six en-suite bathrooms (plus a shared WC on the ground floor ), each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.

The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds, while 4 additional guests can be accommodated in folding beds, which can be placed in the ground floor bedroom, the first-floor bedrooms & the attic-style bedroom. The maximum capacity is 16 guests.
