Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. All homes featured their own reserved sun-beds at the beach located in-front of the complex.

External Living (Second Floor) | Roof Top Terrace with a Private Plunge-Pool, BBQ & Dining
This captivating home lays in the 1st&2nd Floor with a 60m² outdoor sea-view roof-top terrace and is embellished with a private plunge-pool (in-pool seating - 5m², 1 meter depth), also boasting premium sun-beds, BBQ (electric) equipped with sink, mini fridge, cutlery, dishes and glasses. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining area under sunset skies. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the Rethymnian scenes and watching the sun’s journey sinking into the Cretan Sea. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate luxury living and an unforgettable holiday experience. The roof-top terrace is located at the 2nd floor and has a staircase that leads up from your private home. There is also an additional WC at the terrace.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive home boasts two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms , each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds, as well as one extra guest that can be accommodated at the couch of the living room. The maximum capacity is 5 guests.

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Plunge Pool cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, High chair & Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

*Due to the design, facilities and Health & Safety of the roof top exterior, children from 2 until 12 years old are not permitted to stay at the Retreat.
