This newly built home has an open concept layout, all modern/stylish furniture, comfortable beds, and a large fully stocked open kitchen. Additionally, you can expect self check-in, washer/dryer, private patio, laptop-friendly workspace & free coffee/tea - everything you need! An ideal base to explore Reno.
The space
Our modern 1620 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home is the perfect getaway for your group. We pride ourselves in making this home a place you’ll want to come back to when visiting Reno.

As soon as you enter you’ll see a stunning dining room with large wooden table and 6 leather chairs - perfect for family dinners or hosting friends. As you round the corner, you see an open kitchen with a large island and 4 barstools. The kitchen has modern countertops and stainless steel appliances. The vibrant living room has modern decor / furniture and a large 50” smart TV (Free Apple TV & Netflix). Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable, plush beds / bedding and plenty of closet space.

Awesome Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in South Reno. It was close to restaurants and the airport. Not to mention only 30 minutes to Tahoe! The house had plenty of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags! The kitchen was stocked with all necessities, even coffee (that was an extra nice surprise)! It was also very nice that we were able to keep the car in the garage. The owner was very responsive and available for any questions. We will definitely look to stay here when we are back in Reno!

Lovely neighborhood Beautiful house

This was the 2cd time I have rented this property recently. Sometimes you think that you just got lucky the 1st time, but everything was exactly the same. Spotless, comfortable and quiet. I'm sure this will be my only choice (if available) when I stay in Reno.

Outstanding!

This is one of the best rentals I have stayed at. And I’ve stayed at a lot! The house was spotless, and extremely comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood, and a perfect location for me since my family lives very close. It’s 25 minutes from the resort where I ski so I am hoping to use this same property for ski season. GREAT HOME. AMAZING NEIGHBORHOOD.

Our family was in Reno for a wrestling tournament. We stayed for 5 nights. This home was amazing. It felt just like home. The neighborhood was very family oriented, lots of kids, but VERY peaceful and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the living room was inviting, the bathrooms were lovely, and the kitchen was well stocked. We weren't in need of anything. The hosts thought of everything. Paper towels, tupperware, extra paper plates, aluminum foil, seasonings, oils for cooking, detergent, dish washing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body wash... even coffee and cookies were left for us. Everything was well thought out. There were even hampers for the laundry. We really appreciated the garage door opener. There were early morning wrestling sessions and sometimes it would be raining. Being able to load the kids in the car through the garage was great. After 5 days, this place started to feel like home. We are grateful for the hosts. Their communication was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. I highly recommended this home to anyone who wants to feel comfortable, welcomed, and safe. God bless you!

Great Weekend in Reno

Came for Pole Vault Summit, and elated we chose not to stay at the Nugget! I ran at Damonte Ranch Park (five minutes away) and saw the mustangs interacting together and we were in close proximity to everything we wanted to do (Mt. Rose, Reno-Sparks Livestock Center) in a great area of town. My 18 year old was thrilled there were cookies in the cookie jar, and with the changing weather, I was excited to have garage access for the car. Everything was clean and easy!

Oasis in the City

Great Place to Stay!

This is wonderful, clean and in a beautiful area. The house has all the special touches that makes your stay perfect. Stocked with everything you need. We came in from a very delayed flight and it was great to wake up to stocked coffee and creamer! I would not hesitate to rent this house again it’s perfect! Check in and out flawless!
