Belle maison avec Reno incroyable et vue sur la montagne

Un plan d'étage ouvert magnifiquement meublé de 4 chambres 3. Maison de 5 salles de bain située dans un cul-de-sac calme surplombe la ville de Reno, les majestueuses montagnes de la Sierra et l'université du Nevada, Reno. La maison est idéale pour les familles ou les couples multiples avec sa grande grande salle et une disposition de cuisine spacieuse entiÚrement équipée. Les chambres sont chacune reliées à une salle de bain complÚte. La maison dort confortablement, 8-10 personnes. Les chambres sont 2 rois, 2 reines et un lit gigogne.
Le salon spacieux peut accueillir confortablement de 8 à 10 personnes avec un foyer au gaz et un téléviseur HD intelligent de 52 po.
La maison donne sur l'UNR et le stade Mackey qui sont à distance de marche, il est à quelques minutes des casinos pour ses nombreux événements et vie nocturne, ainsi que prÚs du centre agricole pour ses rodéos annuels, événements équestres et cirque sanctuaire.
Un accÚs facile à McCarran et I580, 395 et I80 en font un lecteur facile au mont. Rose, Northstar, Squaw Valley ou Sugar Bowl pour le ski et autres activités hivernales.
Les visites estivales sont parfaites pour la randonnée dans des centaines de sentiers de montagne de la Sierra Nevada. Sans oublier les terrains de golf, les magasins, les magasins d'usine et les fabuleux restaurants que Reno a à offrir ne sont qu'à quelques minutes de cet emplacement central.

La maison est si proche du parc San Rafael qu'elle est idéale pour voir la course de ballons ou aller pour ses nombreux sentiers de randonnée.
La maison a été récemment rénovée avec une nouvelle peinture fraßche, de nouveaux planchers en bois et de nouveaux matelas Robin de Pottery Barn, des meubles de Pottery Barn et Lazy Boy. Excellent Family Gathering Place

We were here for Thanksgiving. Reno is center place to meet and this home was perfect for our gathering. Wonderful appointed kitchen and plenty of room to eat and play card games. Home is in a court so kids could play outside. Nice spacious bedrooms as well.

Family get together

Centrally located...We loved the spacious living room area.. With 9 adults, we never felt boxed in...so much room.. We were in town for a good friends 70th birthday party and staying here allowed us to spend lots of time with family we don't get to see enough...Easy to get down town to casinos and the beautiful park by UNR campus that we walked through..Absolutely a wonderful weekend...Thank you so much!!!

Great layout for multiple couples

Large open space on upper floor with plenty on couch seating, large kitchen, and dinning. Smaller, but comfortable and private backyard. Large master suite with king and private bath, plus two bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bath (one king/one queen). There is also a nice bedroom downstairs with a queen and pull out couch. The property was very clean and super convenient to downtown Reno (basically a 5-minute drive door-to-door). We would definitely book this again.

Awesome place to stay. Great location in the city. The layout of the house was perfect. Very well appointed. Host thought of everything you could need. The peaceful patio area was a great retreat for mornings and evenings. When we return to Reno we'll definitely return to this place.

The perfect property for a family gathering

We gathered to celebrate my son's graduation from UNR. There were 6 of us who stayed at the house and two more who dropped in for dinners. This home was perfect for entertaining with the large great room, open kitchen and plenty of seating. The bedrooms were oversized and everything was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had almost everything we needed and the location made it easy to get to UNR, shopping, the casinos, etc. At night you have beautiful views of downtown and the patio was perfect for morning coffee. The hosts could not be more receptive. The only negative was the pull out bed. But since I read the previous reviews, I brought a mattress topper and it worked out great! Thank you for allowing us to use your property for such a wonderful family reunion.

Amazing Stay

Our stay was great. We came for a family wedding and had everything that needed. Rooms were comfortable. Nice to have throw blankets for outside at night. View was awesome. Close to everything. The lighting was a little dim in some of the rooms and the pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable, but overall it was awesome. We would definitely come back.

Great Views and Location

The property is located above UNR. Great views. Very open Living room, Kitchen, and dining room that was great for our gathering. We all fit comfortably. And there were enough bedrooms for our group or 9. One person did sleep on the pull out sofa downstairs. If there was a negative, it was the very thin and soft mattress in the sofa (you can feel the springs). Kitchen had everything we could use for cooking and eating. Listing is accurate. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and Comfortable for Family

This property was perfect for our needs. Spacious living areas for extended family, large kitchen with everything needed for cooking meals, very comfortable beds, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and beautiful views. We loved the outdoor space and took walks daily in the neighborhood and especially enjoyed the park at the top of the hill. What a view for sunrise! This property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful house for small group

The property is located in a quiet cup de sac and features a beautiful view of Reno city lights at night. There is a spacious family room are with lovely kitchen for cooks and hanging out. It was a perfect property for our stay.

Excellent property

We've stayed at numerous properties in the area but none compare to how well this property was furnished. From the kitchen, to the bedrooms and baths, all were more than adequately furnished with the comforts and amenities of your own home. It was very clean and the location was excellent. Will definitely stay there again. The only minor suggestion I would make is to simplify the TV hookup and provide access to local channels.

Perfect for Families

The home was spacious, clean, and functional. The kitchen is a chef's dream filled with appliances and cookware. Communication with the owners was quick and productive. Great place to stay! I look forward to returning.

3 families went for a baseball tournament and it was perfectly located. 20mins from 1 field. 3 mins from the other. The house was well stocked. Open floor plan was spacious and never felt cramped.

Great getaway

We were in Reno for the Nationals baseball tournament. Easy access to everything and the house was perfect for our family of 5. We had everything we needed - would definitely recommend and stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful home with all of the amenities.

We needed a space for a small group of adults and teenagers to stay that was close to the convention center. The location was perfect, with a great view on a cul-de-sac. The home has a very nice great room with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area. The private bedroom downstairs with the adjacent living area was perfect for teenagers to congregate. The master bedroom /bath was absolutely beautiful. The other two bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. Although it was cold during our visit, we did enjoy the fire table in the rear yard. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for a small group or a couple of families. The price was very reasonable considering the size of the home. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Should we be back in the area, you will be our first choice in accomodations!

Nice house and location, but $95 per hour for handyman in Reno?

First if all, the house and location are great. It’s big, well appointed, close to everything. Perfect. Our stay was terrific. The problem we had was after the stay. Toward the end, one of my friends damaged the wooden kitchen island, I sent a picture immediately and said of course I would pay for refinishing. The owner said “if it needs a new top it will be $300”. I said ok, let’s hope it can be refinished for less. A week or so later I received a bill for refinishing - for $300. $95 per hour for 2.5 hours plus materials. Hmmm. Exactly what she estimated, I immediately paid by Zelle, but the owner couldn’t find the money, got frustrated, words were exchanged. But soon, “good news” she found the money. Incident number two involved my friends left behind laptop. The cleaner found it and returned it via UPS, charging my friend $95 for labor and $75 for shipping. Wow. People make good money in Reno. Apparently my friend didn’t pay fast enough (maybe the owner couldn’t find the money?), so now she is charging my credit card via VRBO. Meanwhile I have the Venmo receipt from my friend. Very much too bad all this happened after the otherwise excellent stay. I recommend finding another house in University Heights when you go to Reno. The location is great, Just don’t work with this owner.

Great Views - Very spacious

The home was great for our family to get together. Loved the open space so while cooking or playing cards you could see eveyone. The rooms were nice with everyone feeling comfortable. Great place to stay. I would recommend staying and will again.

Nice house for a small group above Reno

Annual "old guys" trip where some go skiing during the day and others explore the casinos / Reno sites. House is comfortable, with a large front room for everyone to hang out in. Enjoyed the back yard as well with grill and propane fire pit. Easy check in and check out.
