Great house, especially for groups of adults. However, The owners of this home are extremely hard to get ahold of. I had to send a question to multiple people before traveling to get an answer about the coffee maker. Then, while we were there, I sent a question to the contact listed on the listing. No response. Sent the question to two more listed numbers. 2 never responded. One responded a week later, once we were home and back at work. When I mentioned the timing of the response,.the owner said "I just saw your message". A week after we checked out? Unacceptable. So stay here only if you plan to never need help

Convenient Clean and Close to Everything

Wonderful floorplan and out door spaces. Everything was great right from the front door to checking out. Only hiccup for us - Streaming TV caused a panic to tune into the Stanley Cup finals so if your a cable person get a friends access for channels.

Another great year.

We stayed at this house for the second time as my daughter played at the NVCA Farwest Regionals Volleyball tournament. The house is a perfect location to the convention center and what great quite neighbor to relax.

Excellent Stay!

We booked this place last minute for a volleyball tournament for the weekend at the convention center. After a long day, I cannot tell you how thankful I was for a quiet and safe neighborhood with very comfortable beds. Everything was well kept, clean, plenty of amenities, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for sharing your place - we will be back again next year!

New years vacation

This was the perfect place for our family to stay during our vacation over the new year break. The place is located in a very nice neighborhood and is very well renovated. Had all the necessary amenities to make it feel like a true vacation home including a small single hole golf patch in the front, a ping pong table and a bunch of board games. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Reno.

It’s the little things that make a big difference :-)

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! Clearly the hosts understand hospitality, because there were all of these super nice touches, like luggage racks in the bedrooms, qtips in the bathrooms, and filters for the coffee pot. The beds were comfy and had layers of warm blankets, the bathrooms were stocked with fluffy towels and washcloths, and everything was super clean. There’s also a lovely seating area outside under a canopy of lights. The neighborhood is nice and the leaves were changing while we were here. Loved this home and we’ll be back on our next trip to Reno! Thank you!

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is beautiful, totally remodeled, clean, and the outside areas are wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet and a fun place for walks. It is very close to downtown. The check out requirements were very easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

First time renting a house for hot August nights...so much better than the casino hotels. Nice quiet neighborhood with on street parking for my car trailer. I plan on renting it again next year if available.

Lovely home and neighborhood

Excellent location in quiet, older section of Reno with easy access to restaurants and shops. House floor plan was perfect for two couples with two private sitting rooms, as well as comfortable, outdoor eating areas. Tastefully decorated, kitchen well stocked, clean throughout house and exterior as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great House in Reno

This newly renovated, clean property is a great place to stay in Reno. We stayed while visiting our son at UNR. There was space for my two teens to hang out on their own while also having plenty of space to hang out as a family. We had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen was stocked with necessities, the bathrooms had toiletries and plenty of towels.

Such a great spot to land in Reno

I cannot recommend this property enough! It is in a great old neighborhood which I love and it has been beautifully restored. We had a little air conditioning problem and they had a tech come on Sunday afternoon! We had lots of cool air then. They could monitor the system and they stayed in contact to make sure that we were comfortable. Today I received a thank you note from the owner! Do yourself a favor and book this property. I will definitely book it again.

Great place, but...

This was a cute little property in a great quiet neighborhood. The space was perfect for being our 'hub' for the trip. The outdoor area is really pleasant and completes the entire property. But... There are bugs everywhere. We contacted the owner about ants crawling everywhere. He came over and put down some stuff to get rid of them but it didn't seem to work throughout the trip. There were also lots of spiders and beetle things throughout the whole home. We even woke up with bug bites on ourselves and having an infant that woke up with bug bites wasn't the best thing.

Family reunion

Loved the availability of gathering spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful neigborhood for a walk, and close to river paths for running and biking
