Relaxing 2800sf Countryside Bourbon Trail Home w/Game Room

Welcome home! This spacious 3 bed 3 bath open floor concept home sits on 5 acres of country hillside with beautiful Kentucky sunsets. It is centrally located near popular distilleries: Heaven Hill (Bardstown) 20mi, Maker’s Mark (Loretto) 32mi, Jim Beam (Clermont) 31mi, and Buffalo Trace (Frankfort) 37mi. This house is the perfect place to stay to visit them all!

When you arrive, two refurbished bourbon barrels pave the way to your new home away from home. Enter through the front door and see the beautiful hardwood flooring of this modern home which has such an inviting atmosphere. You will love entertaining in the fully stocked open kitchen. An abundance of seating is available to help keep you comfortable. The stunning view of the back yard from the dining room affirms that relaxing comes easy at the Bourbon Country Playhouse. Grab a cocktail, take a seat outside on the back deck or patio to catch some rays or experience the amazing sunsets that Kentucky has to offer. 

Descend down to the lower level and get ready for game time! Try a game of darts or foosball. Then ramp up the competition with pool or air hockey. You'll be taken back to your childhood when playing the arcade machine that is full of the classics; Ms. Pacman, Galaga, Galaxian, Dig Dug, and more. A pull out sofabed is available in the game room as well.

Head outside to the lower patio and take in the wonderful outdoors. After a long day of exploring, have a seat and fire up the grill for some burgers while the kids run off some of their energy in the large back yard. How about some friendly outdoor competition with a corn hole or horseshoe tournament? Wind down your evening near the fire pit relaxing with a nice drink or roasting some s'mores. The fun and entertainment are endless!

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, the showers were awesome, we enjoyed the Keurig coffee, the house is conveniently located for the Ragnar Bourbon Chase relay race. We were too tired to make much use of the game equipment in the basement, but they looked pretty fun.

Great Bourbon Trail House

The owners of this house are a class act that have everything you need for a great bourbon trail experience. Loved the game room, outdoor space and great sunrise and sunsets. Will definitely stay there again in the near future

Beautiful home with perfect location to Keeneland and the bourbon trail. All our needs were met in this gorgeous home with fun game room, comfortable bedrooms, and fully stocked kitchen. Very happy with the stay😉

A hidden gem

This was our first time in Kentucky and I am so glad we chose this house to stay in. It was right in between Lexington and Louisville, so visiting both towns was easy. The house was perfect, the attention to detail was incredible and the game room was spot on. I would suggest anyone visiting Kentucky and not wanting to stay in the city to book this absolutely amazing place.

The property is clean, fun, large, and full of surprising entertainment. It’s a perfect place to hang with friends and enjoy time away. We played air hockey, pool, Mrs. Pac-Man, watched games on the big screen, and enjoyed the back porch and deck. It was a blast and is a wonderful property.

Fun Getaway!

My husband & my 35th Anniversary, my 50 yr friendship with my friend, Lisa! And, Lisa’s boyfriend’s birthday getaway! So much fun! This would be a great escape anytime! So much to do inside! Great place for any stay

This property is amazing. Probably the best rental I've ever had. We rented it for a 50th birthday bourbon trip celebration and it was the perfect home base for all the distilleries we wanted to see. Four guys on a trip couldn't have asked for more. Pool table, darts, foosball, air hockey, horseshoes, Cornhole, poker table.. definitely no shortage of things to keep us occupied and talk smack to each other about. Kitchen was great to cook in. The hosts keep the place well stocked with whatever you need. We're already taking about the next trip up there and can't wait to stay here again.

Highly recommend!!!

Celebrating a couple of 60th birthdays with family for a long weekend to do several distilleries. Super clean home. Owners have thought of everything you could need and then some. Also in a great setting. Didn’t use many of the amenities other than the outdoor furniture and fire pit. Highly recommended this home.

Fantastic central hub for Bourbon Trail

We had a wonderful stay at the Countryside Bourbon Trail Home. It was everything we wanted and needed. The location is ideal, with Lexington, Lousiville, Frankfort, and Danville within an easy one-hour drive. Further, it is an easy distance to many of the best distilleries in the area! We had one day when road construction delayed our start, but no worries! We returned to the home and fully used the game room! The game room is fantastic, with an excellent pool table, air hockey table, dart board, etc. It suits all needs and is well-lit and accessible. The area is very peaceful, and there is abundant wildlife to view, from deer to turkeys. We'd highly recommend the home to anyone considering a rental for the Bourbon Trail!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is centrally located to all the distilleries and wineries. The house is very nice, we didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this house.
