Cette magnifique maison de ville de 3 BR, 3. 5 BA, pouvant accueillir 10 personnes (12 avec le futon) offre des équipements communautaires incroyables. Cette maison de ville est entiÚrement équipée pour des vacances sans stress offrant des appareils améliorés, des comptoirs en granit, de magnifiques planchers de bois franc, joliment décorés, des armoires intégrées sur mesure, un grenier (suite principale) avec un lit de repos et un lit gigogne, et un joli patio arriÚre avec un propane gril. La communauté est fantastique! Vous avez un accÚs complet aux deux piscines communautaires, deux pavillons, deux gymnases, une aire de jeux clÎturée prÚs de la piscine et à environ un mile et demi de la plage. Juste au coin de la rue, vous pouvez faire de la randonnée à pied ou à vélo sur le Junction & Breakwater Trail ou faire du shopping hors taxes aux magasins d'usine Tanger à moins d'un mile de la maison avec un accÚs facile. Ce beau 3 chambres / 3. 5 salles de bain sont disponibles pour la saison 2020.

Great spot. Great kitchen and supplies, garage has bikes and pool/beach toys, chairs, etc. Pool is great, although no kiddie pool. The only thing I would recommend is a deep clean of the carpet or a new carpet and new mattresses. They are too soft. We had a great time there!

Gorgeous Townhouse

This is our second time renting this townhome and we were once again pleased with everything from top to bottom. Everything is super clean and decorated comfortably. The first couple of days were rainy and cold (in the middle of June — craziness!!), but we got to settle in and relax, which never seems to happen since we want to see and do everything within a week. I missed the beach, but I felt right at home. It was lovely. There are plenty of games and TVs in pretty much every room, and plenty of books to curl up with or tote to the beach. The pool and tennis courts were fun. We didn’t use the gym, but it looked very nice and seemed to have everything one could hope for while on vacation. Our 6 year old didn’t remember being at the house because it had been 3 years since our last stay, and his reaction to the house was, “Mom!!! You gotta come see this place!! It is EPIC!!!” There you have it — EPIC!!!

Master bedroom has a plastic mattress cover that could not be removed as the mattress was fully zipped inside - the sheets would not stay on the bed and any time you moved, you heard the plastic crinkle beneath you. The kitchen is very nice and well appointed with dishes, cookware, cups and utensils. The deck could be very nice - there is a wasp nest directly above the seating area of the deck which was reported and needs attention.

Great Location!

This townhouse was the perfect location for our annual ladies trip. It was so close to everything we wanted to do; shopping, eating out, and going to the beach. It was also just a short walk to the community pool. The townhouse was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We are looking forward to coming back again next year!

Worked in a Pinch

Nice townhouse in a good neighborhood. Big plus is you don’t have to get on Route 1 to get to downtown Rehoboth Beach main drag, the Boardwalk, or the beach. No Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass is provided. The pool is within walking distance and is clean and well maintained. No lifeguard is present. There was ample cooking pots, pans and utensils. You need to provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, hand soap, dish rags and kitchen towels, laundry detergent, etc. None is provided. Beach is about a 5-10 minutes drive away via back streets. Teenagers liked the layout. There are bicycles, beach chains, boogie boards and other beach stuff in the garage. There is also a large shower stall in the garage. There is a couple reasons we would not return to this townhouse. The master bedroom bed might be the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. My wife thought it was fine. Also, we were not crazy about all the steps. I suppose this is no different than any townhome. I still wanted to mention it.

Easy to Book

We had a last minute cancellation due to family size on another property and then we found this place and booked it within 24 hours of our trip. The pictures perfectly portrayed the house and might have even made it look smaller than it really is. Nice shower in the garage for all the sand from the beach. There were only a few channels, so bring movies or something to watch. The beds were a little less than comfortable, but overall what you would expect with something not your own. Great house, great location, easy access to the beach, pool and other amenities.

Great Stay/Beautiful Condo

We loved it...only issue was with turning on the overhead light/fan in the den. Sometimes it worked, and others not, whether we used wall switch, or remote. Should leave instructions on how to use the light/fan remote in that room. Overall great place!

Peaceful and Perfect

Wonderful home It had everything we needed and some. The bikes with a lock was a plus. Plenty of room for our 10 adults. There were some misses from home. I wish I could have updated the TV package with some basic channels. I’m a sports dad and like my sports channels. Espn package is a must and I shall request it next time. We had wonderful weather so the TV wasn’t a big miss. I do feel had we had any rain, an array of channels would have been nice. That was my only issue. I would gladly stay again. 9.5 on my scale. 10 for the rest of my guests. I hope this helps

Clean and spacious getaway close to the beach

This was my family's first time vacationing in Rehoboth and it was a perfect place to stay! The house had ample room for a large group and was conveniently located. Unfortunately, we were not aware the community pool would be closed during our stay (due to construction) but the close proximity to the beach and restaurants made up for it. Check in and out was easy and we greatly appreciated the host guidebook recommendations. Would absolutely come again!
