This beautiful townhome is located in the lovely Rehoboth Crossing Community, just 1 mile to Rehoboth Beach and world-famous boardwalk on the east side of Coastal Highway. You can walk or bike to the beach or take the Delaware Resort Shuttle Beach Bus which stops outside the community. Our home includes four bedrooms, each with its own bath, for an optimal, relaxing vacation. We are a pet friendly vacation spot!
As you enter the home into the spacious foyer on the first floor, you will have access to the garage where you can store your bikes and beach chairs and a spare refrigerator. At the end of the hall, the first floor master bedroom, with king sized bed and private bath, has a TV and an 8â sliding glass door with access to a patio.
On the 2nd floor you will enjoy a wide open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath/powder room. The screen porch with a ceiling fan, on this level also gives you a quiet place to relax. A large TV with sofas and chairs allows you to relax after a great day on the beach. The open kitchen provides plenty of room to cook for your large party. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with an ice maker, granite counter tops and 2 coffee makers to give you plenty of coffee.
The third floor has 2 more bedrooms each with king size beds and TVâs, and their own bathroom. The first bedroom on this level has a deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Front loading washer and dryer behind closed doors allow you to wash your beach towels and bathing suits.
The entire 4th floor is wide open with plenty of sleeping for a family or kids, with one queen size bed, 2 twin beds, a futon and a full bathroom
Two zone central heating and air conditioning provide for comfort on hot summer days. Our townhouse provides free WIFI along with 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Additional parking is permitted in a parking lot located adjacent to the community.
There are so many ways to enjoy yourself while staying at our property! The community pool with small exercise room and clubhouse is one block away. You can access the Junction and Breakwater Trail, a scenic wooded bike and walking trail that connects Rehoboth to Lewes, through the dedicated community gate.
Rehoboth Beach has everything you need for a fun and memorable vacation: Walking distance to tax-free shopping at the popular Rehoboth Outlets, bars, restaurants, night life, entertainment, beach, boardwalk, and water park⊠so much to see and do, you will want more than one week in our lovely and spacious home!
Dewey Beach is located less than two miles away with lively nightlife and dining. Visit historic downtown Lewes for bay beaches, fishing, shopping, dining and much more.
