While the beaches and cafes beckon, the property is also accessible to the woodsy Junction & Breakwater Trail, a hiking and biking experience that runs to the southwest side of Cape Henlopen State Park and connects to the hip little town of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. You’ll also love the complex amenities on-site, which include an outdoor pool and fitness center.

Don’t book this!

Maybe if I say, “Don’t book,” we can come to this perfect home each time we visit Rehoboth! This home is absolutely perfect! The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need to make a home cooked meal, or enjoy take out from Above the Dunes. The home is immaculate and spotless. The little things, such as necessities that are easily forgotten, were in this home.I am picky about bed comfort due to having an amazing bed at home, so I usually refrain from talking about the comfort of beds in rentals.The beds here are heaven! Extremely comfortable for our entire party from 14 to 47 year olds! The original Fractured Prune is three minutes away, and a must get for breakfast one morning! This home is a gem and you will not be disappointed!

No pool or clubhouse access

There was no fob for us to access the clubhouse and pool which was one of the reasons I booked the property. The house itself was very nice. The property management company was rude, and dismissive. The people who stayed prior to us wrote in the guestbook that they had no fob either. Just awful

Quick March Getaway

My husband and I rented this townhome for a long weekend in March and it was fabulous. We brought our dog with us as well and we loved walking her on the beautiful trail behind the community. Having the beach within a 10 min drive was a huge plus, especially since it was off season and we could bring the pup with us. The neighborhood was calm and easy to get to and from. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We very much enjoyed the stay and plan to return!

Nice home, nice community adjacent to a trail. Close to supermarket (walking distance), CVS, & town.

Home was fully stocked with linen and staples for cleaning. Home was clean and nicely decorated. There were even dog bowls.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home which was immaculate & very spacious! All of the comforts of home provided! Great location--close to biking trail, beach, center of town & many restaurants! So appreciate these nice owners allowing dogs to be included in the rental of their lovely home! Vacasa was great to work with from reservation to check out. There was an error with the front door code when we arrived & Vacasa maintenance arrived at the home within 10 minutes to assist. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful home!

LOOK NO FURTHER - Spacious, comfortable, and quiet living space!

We LOVED our townhouse stay in Rehoboth Crossing. The location was PRIME - right off of Coastal Hwy, but still tucked into its own townhome community away from the busy traffic and crowds. It was a well under 10 min drive to the beach and boardwalk. The house was extremely clean upon our arrival. Our young boys went right away deciding which room to stay in. They opted to stay in the room on the second floor while my husband and I stayed in the master bedroom w/ the king sized bed also on the second floor. The beds were clean and so comfy, and we all slept well - which is essential for both parents and kids during vacation :):) I loved the multiple floors! We didn't get lost in empty space, but it definitely gave me the chance to separate from the noise of my boys without being too far away :):) Our downtime was spent enjoying the breeze from the deck and patio, or simply watching Netflix movies! We accessed the Breakwater trail gate to take our Cavapoo pup Coco on long walks. I loved seeing other dogs during our walks around the community. Everyone was so friendly! When we got back from the beach, we would make a stop at the pool to further cool down. The pool was great; also well maintained like the rest of the community. There were a couple items I forgot to pack, but it was GREAT having the CVS within walking distance - literally a 3-4 min walk. I searched high and low for a decent place that allowed pets ever since we got our much loved new addition puppy. This place checked every box for us and I hope to stay here again next summer!!

I would love to give this townhouse 5 stars but I can't due to the management company and their lack of responsiveness and customer service. First, the good. A lot was very good. The place is beautifully laid out and spacious. Everything was clean and it was nice to have a downstairs bedroom and full bathroom so our older guests did not have to climb as many steps. The screened in 2nd floor porch is wonderful and was my favorite thing about the unit. I brought my own sheets and towels, but they were provided except for pool/beach towels, but I knew that in advance. It was great to have a washer/dryer for wet towels.. The not "as good." 1. We walk into the kitchen upon arrival and the dishwasher is FILLED with dishes. They were clean, but I don't go on vacation to unload the dishwasher especially with dishes used by the previous tenants. To me, this is not "fully cleaned" and ready for us 2. For FIVE people for SIX days, we were given TWO rolls of toilet paper for FOUR bathrooms. There were no rolls of toilet paper on any of the rolls in the bathrooms and they said they provided toilet paper, but that is obviously not enough. I had to go out and buy 6 rolls of toilet paper and I left it so the next renters would have some. 3. There was ONE roll of paper towels. Again for 6 days and five people. Had to buy paper towels.. Also ONE garbage bag for all week. So be prepared and bring your own. If I knew I would have but they said they provided it. 4. Ice maker was broken but they did not tell us or leave a note. So went to use ice maker and it made a mess. Was dripping all week from accumulated ice frosting over and melting. Gross. And fridge has water damage on the front probably from this. 5. No grilling utensils. Says in the guide book there are but there were none to be found. I don't know if someone stole them or what. Luckily again even though it said there were grilling utensils I brought one. After we checked in, the management company texted me. I told them of the issues and texted back and forth with them for 3 days. They never followed up, never sent or had someone from the local office contact us and never addressed the issues. They apologized and said they would escalate it and mark it urgent but never heard from anyone from Vacasa customer service or Vacasa Delaware. Do not feel valued or cared for by Vacasa. I would avoid renting from a place managed by them again.

Excellent experience

I booked this for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean, spacious and loved the outdoor patio/decks. Kitchen cabinets were well stocked with plates, cups, utensils and bathroom had toiletries available. Overall, it was great experience. Would definitely come back!
