Great Stay - highly recommend.

The condo was a great location, close to the outlets, restaurants and beach. We walked to two very good restaurants nearby which was a plus. The pool area was great and we enjoyed the outdoor porches and the condo itself. We will stay here the next time we visit Rehoboth.

Our family of 4 adults enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It was very clean and tastefully decorated, spacious yet very cozy. We had everything we needed to make for an enjoyable vacation. The community pool was also very clean and well kept. We would recommend this condo to others and would definitely rent it again.

Great stay, had everything we could've wanted

We had a great stay. The property was clean and gave our family plenty of space. The location was convenient to everything we wanted. The owner was very responsive and we really appreciated that. Having beach chairs available was a great space saver for us in packing for the trip. And we loved having the pool available. We will definitely consider returning for future trips!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was incredibly clean and very close to the community pool. Only opportunity for improvement would be to have some more of the basic essentials in the kitchen.

Great 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. Very clean, comfortable beds/couches, and close to all Rehoboth beach fun. We would recommend jungle Jim’s (waterpark), and the Rehoboth beach boardwalk for families. Condo is decorated very nicely with nice outdoor space as well. Thanks!

Nice stay

Our family was in town for a baseball tourney and extended a few days for some downtime. The location was perfect and had tons of stores and food within walking distance. The accommodations were perfect for our family and we would recommend it to others.

Rest & Recharge

I came to this spot to rest and recharge. This is the perfect place to do as much as you want or nothing at all. It's beautifully decorated with a comfy sofa for a nap or tv watching which I took full advantage of. A peaceful screened in outdoor balcony was a great place for morning coffee, meditation or reading a magazine. There is plenty of open floor space for my morning yoga and stretching before taking a few laps around the property for a morning walk. It's strategically located in the middle of anything you could possibly need or want to do. Great restaurants and shopping just steps away. Friendly community with a nice gathering spot around the pool. A great place to recharge.

Awesome accommodations, great vacation

The property is beautiful and so cozy! Truly felt comfortable being there for a week while we were on vacation. Theresa provided a lot of the basics, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot and keurig, so we didn’t have to bring too much, though I made breakfast every day. Super close to everything, clean house and cozy, loved every minute of it <3

Family Reunion 2024

This property was perfect for our family reunion. My 3yr old granddaughter loved the pool and the seashells Teresa had on the living room table. It was very clean and comfortable for ages 3 to 69. We had a few questions upon arriving and Teresa was very responsive. We loved being able to walk to a few breakfast places nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, great location to all the stores, outlets, activities etc. My youngest and hubby feel in love with the deck area. They sat out there everyday. Loved relaxing by the pool. Nice area pretty quiet and family friendly. The condo is welcoming, beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was awesome! The place was cozy and perfect for our 6 adults and one child. The only issue we had was the beach wasn’t far away, but because of all the traffic it took us longer than we thought to get there.

Great place to stay for family vacation

Theresa was a fabulous host who provided a tour book with places to go with my family. The place was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and my 2 teenagers enjoyed the pool area which was also clean and short steps away from her beautiful condo. The condo is in walking distance of Chik-Fil-A, Iron Hill Brewery, and Applebee's. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony after I made it in her up to date kitchen. Rehoboth beach was a short 7 minutes drive and Bethany beach was 20 minutes away (my teens love their funnel fries and gluten free options on Bethany boardwalk restaurants).The washer and dryer was a great bonus that we used before we came home. It is definitely a place we will come back to. I highly recommend it.

This property was cozy, comfortable, and convenient! All the extras were present in the property that one might need during a stay (i.e. beach chairs, coffee maker, wine openers, laundry, etc.). We appreciated the spacious property with an enclosed balcony with seating where we could enjoy breakfast, drinks, etc. There was enough room allowing us to have our own level of privacy when needed. Parking was never an issue, the host's instructions were appropriate and everyone could enjoy their own television shows! The colors of the property evoked thoughts of the ocean/beach however, they were tastefully presented and not "cheesy". Will definitely return for another stay! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great Location

The location was awesome and there's even a bus stop out front which was super easy to use BTW. Really enjoyed the condo overall as well as having the pool when it wasn't a beach day.

Loved the property, we got lucky and found this lovely space which was perfect for our family of six instead of cramming into a hotel room. Short drive to the beach, pool was nice. No complaints unless count wishing there was a toaster
