South Rehoboth is the prime location for your vacation... steps away to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. This 6 BR, 3BA 3 story home is the perfect setting to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones AND your fur babies! (up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs each permitted w/pet fee & addendum) Savor your morning coffee or sunset cocktail while sitting on the oceanfront balcony, watching the waves lap at the shoreline. Rainy day? Send the kids to the top floor to enjoy the video games, board games, and plentiful books in the extra “bonus” room . . . or watch a movie on the 7 Smart TVs throughout the home. You'll also enjoy the outdoor shower, screened porch, gas grill, electric fireplace. The chef of the group will LOVE the brand new kitchen for 2025! 1st Fl Full bath has been totally redone as well! Bonus: The owner graciously supplies bed linens (TOWELS NOT INCLUDED), boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach gear AND the departure clean is included for stays of 7 nights or more! There are 3 Rehoboth Beach Parking permits provided. NO SMOKING.
Guests pay a $300 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. We loved practically everything about this property! (Listing said there was a 3rd floor balcony which turned out to be untrue). The remodeled kitchen was a superb setting for our Thanksgiving feast. The landscaping upgrades were terrific. Beach access for kids and dog fit our needs to a tee. And Jimmy the property manager was so proud of his remodeling work, as he should be. Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved the house and the location. Huge kitchen
 Absolutely everything you could possibly need is in the house. The property manager was so friendly and helpful! The rental agent was so communicative.The view from the second bedroom deck was absolutely breathtaking. We loved watching the sunrises from there.The only thing that caught us off guard
 And to be clear the listing was completely accurate but we had just assumed at least one of the bedrooms would have been an en suite and it was not. So that was our fault for assuming but it was the only thing that surprised that’s when we arrived. Everything else was perfect or better

The house is in a great location. The view from the second floor balcony is just wonderful. It's lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the surf and to wake up to the sunrise over the Atlantic.The house itself is just okay. The bedrooms are very small, without enough room for a 2nd nightstand and lamp. The bathrooms are also small, with very little room for toiletries on a counter. The house had all kinds of furry dust balls in the kitchen and living room when we arrived, which were apparent when we put down the dogs' water bowl and dog beds. One of the nights we were there, starting at about 2 am, the alarm system in the house kept going off for no reason - thankfully the handyman / property manager was very nice, responsive, and replaced them the next day, as we had had a sleepless night. The furniture cushions in the screen porch are very old and should be replaced. The third floor is on the same air conditioning zone as the second floor, so it gets very warm up there, and there are cables on the windows which prevent them from opening much to cool it off. Although the kitchen is nicely renovated, the island is so large for the room that it is difficult to walk by one another. It is also managed by a realty company, so a lease is required through them, and we had a bad experience dealing with them after we left. For this kind of money, lesson learned, and we have booked a nicer house on the boardwalk with a 10/10 rating for our next stay.
