    This 2-bedroom condo in Rehoboth Beach is a perfect home away from home for families and groups. Located less than 10 minutes away from Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk, you'll be able to take in all the fun and excitement of this iconic holiday destination. With an array of onsite amenities including sports courts, community pool, and a play area to keep kids entertained, you'll never be short of activities to enjoy.



    The Space:

    Relax after a long day of sightseeing on the private balcony with pleasant neighborhood views, taking in the laid-back coastal vibes.



    The home’s main living area features ample seating for your entire group, as well as a TV for relaxed movie nights. Steps away, guests can find the formal dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently prepare picnics for your days at the beach, or delicious home-cooked meals for your nights in.



    This home sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area.



    Bedroom #1 has a king and twin size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



    Bedroom #2 has bunk beds with a twin size bed on top and a full size bed on bottom, plus an additional queen size bed. Spectacular views of the pond.

    Great experience

    The property was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and played pickleball everyday. The washer and dryer were a little small so we had to do quite a few loads of laundry but other then that we had a fantastic stay!

    There was no warmth to the property..very sterile. Microwave was dirty, crumbs on the floor and dirty, sandy towels left on laundry room floor. Parking was not convenient and we HATE streaming tv, although we know this is standard now. Condo location is excellent.

    Rough Start

    Upon our arrival we found the condo had not been turned over from the previous guests. The beds were unmade, trash was still in the trashcans, the showers were dirty, the floors were not swept and towels were on the floor. Our check in time was at 4 PM, I contacted the management company via messaging through VRBO. I did not hear anything back. I called the listed phone number and was able to speak with a person who said they would follow up. He later sent a text message that the housekeeping company and will send a crew out to clean the condo. Two people arrived around 8 PM and didn’t finish cleaning until after nine. This was highly disruptive as I have a small child and I had to have them taken out of the property due to the cleaning product smells and was unable to get them to bed until after 10pm. After the condo was cleaned the stay overall was very pleasant. The condo is very spacious and the property has a lot of amenities and the location is great and convenient to the beach.Dealing with the property management company, Grand Welcome, was very frustrating. Whenever you message you receive a generic response and that they will follow up but do not unless you contact them again. They were unable to offer any form of compensation for us missing out on multiple hours of use of the condo nor were they able to allow a few extra hours to extend our check out time.

    Good and Bad

    Overall the unit and the neighborhood were excellent. There were a few issues in the unit, but they were minor. Very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect place to stay since it was so close to the shops and the boardwalk. However there was one incident that took place at the pool that was unexpected. In the list of rules it says the pool is open from 9am to 8pm, but on the second day of our stay we were yelled at by a group of older women who were doing water aerobics. My son and I entered the pool in the shallow end, and the group started yelling at us that we needed to get out because they have the pool until 10am. There were no signs posted anywhere stating this "rule." Other guest were showing up with their children and told this same "rule." I spoke with the instructor after they were finished and asked were I could find this rule? According to her it was only her second class there and she was unfamiliar with the complex rules. She also apologized for the way a few of the women reacted and that she had no problem with me having my son in the water off to the side. Another couple were there with their grand kids that lived in the complex and assured me that they would mention what occurred to the complex president. We still had lots of fun even though this took place. Hopefully they could get that all figured out before our next trip. Thanks for having us.

    Lovely despite the grime

    The location of this VRBO is perfect - the amenities like the pool, courts, playground and local trail just a 5-minute walk away, made this an ideal location for our family. The disappointments: walking in to find the trashes full and stinking, the laundry machine full and stinking, the floor sandy and grimy (turned our feet grey and black), hairs on the shower wall, and some broken promises from the property managers (“we’ll have clean towels sent over right away,” and, “there should be a vacuum in the closet.”) There are also absolutely zero towel and coat hangers. Imagine washing your hands and having no towel hangers. Imagine having beach towels and hanging them off of the dining room chairs all week because there are no towel hanging bars or hooks ANYWHERE. 
.otherwise, great place to stay.
