The property includes two porches (one screened in), master suite, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and laundry room. There's plenty of closet space so bring your outdoor equipment (bike racks located within walking steps from the unit), beach attire, evening wear AND everything in between along with you to enjoy your favorite pastime! Additional amenities include an attached one car garage along with plenty of outdoor parking as well as a community pool open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend**.

Tastefully decorated master suite (with adjoining porch) includes a queen-sized bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, standup shower and dual vanity. Second bedroom includes 2 twin-sized beds with trundles to sleep 4 and shared nightstand. Third bedroom includes a full-sized bed with nightstand and dresser.

Kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances with full amenities including: pots/pans, utensils, toaster oven, coffeemaker (with grinder), blender and more! Kitchen also features a dishwasher, plenty of cabinet space and a pantry to store your groceries.

The dining and living room area offer an open space concept with the dining room table seating up to 8 and living room offering a sofa, settee and large Smart TV with access to both porches.

As if this wasn’t enough, the home offers a work-from-home friendly environment with a desk, large monitor (with USB cable connection), mousepad for convenience, and speedy internet connection.

Area is very diverse and will have something to offer every member of the family. Its plethora of dining options will surely make every palate happy. Tanger Outlets and other tax-free shopping is less than a mile away. A number of supermarkets are just outside of the community while Cape Henlopen State Park, the Cape May/Lewes Ferry and Downtown Lewes are all within 4 miles of the community.

Please note reservations require a minimum of 2 nights' stay September (after Labor Day) - May and 5 nights June - August with check-in on Saturdays during the Summer months.
