Welcome to Three By The Sea!

This coastal chic property located on the Delaware Shores is less than 2 miles from Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. "Named one of the Top 10 most popular beach destinations, the Rehoboth Beach & Dewey Beach Resort Area is known for its award-winning boardwalk, specialty stores, amusements, beautiful homes, tax-free shopping, and some of the finest restaurants anywhere." You can bike to the beach and downtown Rehoboth or take a quick drive along Rte. 1 to Tanger Factory Outlets, local entertainment, and grocery or convenience stores.

A lovely private courtyard entry greets guests for this ground-level open concept unit, boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths that sleeps 4 people. Nestled in the quiet community of Eagles Landing that offers pool access, tennis courts, a silting pond, walking paths and for your convenience is a short walk to Big Fish Grill [voted one of the best seafood restaurants in Rehoboth]. The unit provides keyless entry with a unique code for your stay, all linens included (i.e., sheets, bath, and beach towels), a laundry room, a dedicated parking space, and a patio for outdoor dining and relaxing.

I've stayed at this property several times. This is my favorite property whenever we go to the festival. The property is well maintained, very clean, the hosts are excellent and anything you may need has been provided and available, basically all the comforts of home. It's near everything. However, most importantly for me is, that it's a very clean, very comfortable and in a safe area.

What's not to love about this property?? Minutes from the beach, a community pool right across the street, plenty of space for a family of 4, a fully-stocked unit, and the kindest and most communicative hosts! 5 stars all the way. Thank you Dodd and Tanisha, we'll be back (again) next summer!

Perfect place for a small family!

Property is close to the beach and all the restaurant action. We swam at the pool on site and played some pickleball. Until graduation party down in Fenwick and did a day at the beach in Rehoboth. Great communication with hosts and would stay again!

Girls Weekend Getaway

My 3 friends and I stayed at this unit for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The space was clean and the host was responsive to all my questions. It is in a prime location close to the coastal highway and a bunch of restaurants. The check in process was super easy and it was an amazing weekend! Will definitely be booking again!

Charming Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-furnished the place was. It’s just a quick drive to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. We also enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the community, which is peaceful and safe. FABULOUS STAY!

EVERYTHING about our stay was perfect. There was great communication with the property owner and flawless check in. We immediately felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The condo is furnished just as pictured and every single thing in the condo was spotless. This was a very comfortable place to call home for our vacation. They really thought of everything. Plenty of towels, kitchen necessities and they even provided coffee. I honestly cannot think of a thing you would need to bring other than groceries. A welcome guide for the condo was provided and everything you would need to know about garbage removal, pool access, air conditioning, smart TVs,etc.is very neatly detailed in writing. I honestly do not think I have ever stayed anywhere (and we vacation quite a bit) that we had this pleasant and flawless of a stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. C. Miller Wisconsin

The perfect family getaway

We stayed at Dodd and Tanisha's beautiful unit for the second year in a row, and we are already planning our third year next summer - that's how perfect their place is! It has all the amenities you could need, it's a short drive to the beach, it's in a quiet community with a pool, and it's just NICE. Comfy beds, incredibly clean, lots of thoughtful touches - it's our favorite place to stay!

Perfect place!!!

From the time I booked this property months ago, until our stay concluded, communication was excellent! We had a minor issue (not the fault of the owners) at the beginning that was handled immediately. Much of our trip unfortunately, didn't go as planned; however, every single part of this rental was perfect!! From the cleanliness, to the organization, to the amenities and alllllll the extras in between; it was evident that every last detail had been thought of! If myself and my 2 daughters (10 & 13), travel to Rehoboth ever again, I will certainly look this place up first! I appreciate the hospitality and comfort of your property - thank you again!

Sports at the beach trip

We came down to stay as our son was playing at Sports at the Beach. It was an easy 25 minute drive to the field and 5 minute drive to the beach. We had plenty of room for everyone. The house was extremely clean, plenty of supplies if needed and owners were available to answer any questions. We did hear the kiddo upstairs but nothing crazy or inconvenient. I would absolutely recommend this place any day.

Lovely condo

The condo was very nice and clean, looked just like the photos. Host was fairly quick to respond when we had questions. There was some noise from the condo above (sounded like a child running around, but not too distracting), but some noise is to be expected. We really enjoyed our stay and the short 6 minute drive to the beach.

Another Grest Stay
