This sunny, happy home is perfectly located for most of the reasons people choose to vacation in Rehoboth. Its just a 3 block walk to the beach and ocean boardwalk. Nestled in the relaxed and sought-after Rehoboth neighborhood of Silver Lake, the house is also a convenient stroll to the many shops and restaurants of Rehoboth's main business district. And, best of all, the house has its own private in-ground swimming pool if you just feel like staying put and relaxing at home.

Outdoors: Enjoy the outdoors and the quiet neighborhood from our front screened porch, the sun room overlooking the pool or the backyard patio. In the backyard, you can eat lunch at the poolside table with chairs, relax on the chaise loungers around the pool, rinse off the sandy from the beach in our outside shower, or fire up the gas grill for dinner.

Upstairs: The house has three upstairs bedrooms. 1) The master bedroom has a King bed and full private bathroom within the suite. 2) The second bedroom has a queen bed and is next to a full bathroom in the center upstairs hall. 3) The third bedroom can sleep four: It has an oversized bunk bed -- one double on the bottom, a single on the top -- and also another single bed.

Downstairs: The downstairs boasts ample living space so families or small groups can comfortably spread out in different rooms for chatting, watching a movie or hosting a happy hour. The large living room has an overstuffed L-shaped sectional and TV, and has large french doors opening to the private, fenced backyard and pool.
A rear sun-room has floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides over looking the pool area, three sofas and multiple roles: its the house's center for lazy mornings, afternoon reading and keeping an eye on swimmers in the pool. It also can double as a sleeping room: it contains a sofa bed and is next to a newly-renovated, third full bath.

Eating: The bright dining room seats 8. A well-stocked cottage kitchen contains a small eat-in breakfast table. It is also equipped with an electric cook top stove, a single wall oven, a toaster oven and a microwave.

The floors and stairway in the house are mostly hardwood, with the exception of the tiled bathrooms and the carpeted sunroom.

This is the perfect house for being close to the beach, and getting away from it all -- and one which we are so glad to share with our guests.

Note: the salt water pool will not be available during the offseason (after september 17).

**Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided.
Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services (Linen rental information provided)

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.
