Parking: Driveway and garage parking is available.  Street parking is also permitted as long as driveways are not blocked and cars in driveways do not block the sidewalks.  There is additional spill over parking vailable at the clubhouse which is just a 2 minute walk from your home..  

Nearby Beaches and Attractions:  Coastal Club located 5 miles or less to multiple beaches - Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey and Cape Henlopen State Park.  Many, many restaurants, Tanger outlets, multiple microbreweries, Jungle Jims waterpark, Junction and Breakwater bike/hike trail, miniature golf, movies, bowling... all under 2 miles from your home for the week. 

Cleaning: Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

New Construction: This is a new home in a new community and as a result there may be some construction taking place during your stay.   All of the homes on the block and in the immediate area have been completed.

Lease Agreement: Please be advised that, by making a reservation you are agreeing to the terms in this lease.

Linens:  The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers.  However, bed sheets,  pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have security camera(s)  and / or video doorbells installed outside of the living space of the house. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

COVID-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures:
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
