Truly a beautiful place to stay with all of the amenities. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen and we made meals daily. The pool and backyard are a sanctuary. The walk to the beach is brief and enjoyable. Very close to shops and Rehoboth Avenue. We are already making plans to come back next year!

Family’s First time at Rehoboth

Rehoboth Beach was an excellent spot for our family of 13. Lots of activities for all ages. Kids loved beach, boardwalk and house. Location was 10 minutes from beach and an easy walk day and night. Eight bdrms in two buildings was ideal for our group. Younger kids could crash away from noise of older ones. Pool was a nice add for kids after a morning at the beach. No issues with house. Everything worked fine. Kitchen was well equipped with ample room for all of us at mealtime. Also lots of near by restaurants for dining out. David was great. He was present for check in and check out. We will definitely consider for next year’s beach week.

Beautiful spot in town

Our group had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. The kitchen was amazing and the outside space was beautiful with exquisite plantings and private pool. David, the property manager, was the best property manager we have ever had in all the 20+ years we have been renting in Rehoboth Beach. He was so responsive and friendly!

My extended family and I just spent a lovely week here. The house is comfortable, well maintained, and stylishly decorated. The patio and pool are fabulous. And David, the property manager, could not have been nicer or easier to reach.

Great place and great stay!

The house and guest house met and exceeded all of our needs with our large family of all ages. The pool and pool area were wonderful. The driveway is a little narrow, but has a bunch of parking spots which is amazing. The boardwalk and all of the main shopping and restaurants off Rehoboth ave, including Starbucks, are within short walk from house, but the street is quiet. This made it great and helped us avoid having to drive places. Overall great experience!

Fabulous property

This house is one of the best, if not the best property we have stayed at in many years of ES vacations. Very convenient to the town and the beach, it has a lovely pool, a great kitchen and is really tastefully decorated. As an added bonus, it has great parking.

Repeat visitors to a SPECTACULAR house

This house is amazing. Spectacularly decorated, with a wonderful kitchen. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable living spaces, as well. Then there is the delightful pool that saw more action than the beach. Abundant free parking isn't generally associated with Rehoboth Beach in the summer - but this house has a large parking area behind and a long driveway for additional cars. We easily parked 5 cars. We have stayed before and we will be back!

Beautiful home, great location

Our extended family enjoyed a wonderful week. The house is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The heated pool is a great size and the amount of available parking can’t be beat. The house had everything we could need, and we look forward to returning next year. David made everything very easy, from contract signing to check-out.

Fantastic week!

We had a fantastic week at this gorgeous house! The pool was the perfect size for the kids, the house was gorgeous! The walk to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. was easy! David (property mgr) was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful House

Our family absolutely loved this house. It has an amazing kitchen, plenty of comfortable bedrooms, and a terrific pool/outdoor area. The house is exceptionally well kept, and the property manager was highly responsive. The house is also in a terrific location- close to the beach, restaurants and shops. By far, the best house we have ever stayed in at Rehobeth!

An amazing house, great property manager, great pool

Every summer, we take an extended family trip to Rehoboth Beach. This house is the best we have ever stayed in - it is clearly put together as a home, not just a beach rental. The kitchen is amazing, the pool was wonderful, and the kids loved having their own space in the attic. The property manager was easy to work with and stopped by, and the property is excellently maintained. The only thing to note is that the owners of the property are clearly quite tall. If you are short, pack a step stool. On the other hand, the men in the group who happen to be both over 6 feet enjoyed the proportions of everything.

Fantastic Stay in Rehoboth

We were a small group of 5 in a big house. We took 3 18-year olds to celebrate their graduation. All of us loved it. The kitchen was absolutely wonderful with every gadget possible. The pool was not huge but perfect for teens girls. They stayed in until 11pm most nights! The house really feels like a home rather than a rental. The negatives are that there are queen and full size beds (and 2 twins) but it would be nice to have queen or king in each room because full size is too small for 2 adults to be comfortable. The other negative was that you have to walk about 3-4 blocks to the beach. For us it was fine but if you have to lug lots of stuff and little kids, it might be difficult. We may rent again for next year!

Amazing Rehoboth Beach Stay

Excellent stay at a beautiful property. Spacious, clean and close to the beach with lots of unique spaces to gather with family. My only request would be to include sheets and towels for the price of the rental.
