Renters have access to the garage to store any beach toys during your vacation. Well equipped kitchen with double ovens makes cooking for large numbers much easier. After a hot day in the sun, kick off your happy hour with frozen drinks from the Island Oasis commercial grade slushy machine. Extra refrigerators and freezers accessible for your stay so only make one trip to the grocery store. Pre and Post season vacationers will enjoy the warm fireplace on cooler evenings. Excellent winter visit to Rehoboth. Host was communicative, and ensured the house was ready to go even with a recent winter storm. House was extremely clean and kitchen was well-stocked. Could have walked everywhere (if it hadn’t been -10 wind chill). House was great and host’s instructions were clear and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable, immaculate, well supplied home with an incredibly kind and cooperative owner. Brian was absolutely terrific to work with. He was prompt, professional, agreable and available whenever needed. We brought our adult kids, grandkids and dogs so the fenced backyard and cul de sac location worked great for us. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable bedding with private bathrooms for our group were much appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked, extra fridge and freezer were huge pluses. Everything was sparkling clean and it was a terrific long weekend in Rehoboth! So many things. were provided for which is not always the case with beach rentals. Would highly recommend, we hope to come back!

House was beautiful on a quiet street. Neighbors were very nice, and even gave us some restaurant recommendations. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our summer family vacation. Close walking distance to coffee, shops, and the beach! I can’t wait to return!

Home Away from Home

This property has everything you need. Location is great for walking/biking anywhere in town. A touch most don’t consider is the linens provided. Usually it’s a basic white linens and small towels. Not here! Soft comforters, pretty and comfy sheets, full size bath towels and plenty for the whole house. Another bonus for me, having such a large family, this property has 2 extra full size refrigerators adjacent to the kitchen. Perfect for extra food and drinks that you don’t want to clog up the main fridge. Our family uses VRBO properties most of the time when we travel. Brian was by far the best host we’ve ever had. Quick to respond to any questions or needs. You will love this home away from home.

Great vacation in Rehoboth Beach

My family and I just spent a week at the beach. This property was a beautiful place to relax in and enjoy each other’s company. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The large kitchen was perfect for family gatherings and cooking together. The bedrooms and the set up easily accommodated three families. The host provided bikes and bedding which made our stay even better.

Wonderful home, definitely staying again!

I have rented many houses in Rehoboth Beach but this one was the best ever! The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, even bikes and beach towels/toys. I really appreciated that linens were provided. The rooms had a great layout, and it was nice to be able to sit our entire large group in the open floor plan living room.

Wonderful home

The location of this property is great, we walked to probably a dozen or more restaurants and lots of shops. There was plenty of space for everyone and plenty of seats between the kitchen island and table for everyone to gather and visit. The kitchen is stocked for cooking for large groups, they have everything you can think of including a frozen drink machine. The bikes were fun for getting around. We stayed just after the beach season, so the dogs were allowed on the beach, and they loved the walk there and playing on the beach. The downtown is very dog friendly, most restaurants have a patio area that allows dogs. Brian was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this property, and we will be back!

Our group of extended family had a great time staying in this comfortable house located on a quiet street only a short walk to many stores, restaurants, and trails. The beach is also located close by! The owner was easy to communicate with, responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Beach getaway

We had an amazing stay in this perfect house accommodating family friends with ages ranging from 10-50. Lots of fun for kiddos with huge lot next to house for football, lacrosse, etc. short walk to town and Funland and beach cruisers available to use to ride around town or back and forth to beach Rise up coffee a stone throw away. House was big and clean with 2 huge extra fridges for storing drinks. Brian was lovely and super accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous Family Reunion in Rehoboth Beach

The house was perfect for our family reunion to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday! We had multiple generations staying in the spacious and beautiful home. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for us to make family dinners, and we also enjoyed grilling in the backyard. The bikes were a huge hit too! We took multiple rides to explore the area and to head down to the boardwalk. We enjoyed the walk to the beach each day (about a 20 minute walk) and to local restaurants. It was super easy to get to Dogfish Brewery - we at there twice! If we didn't want to carry our stuff down to the beach, one of us would drive a load down, return to the house, and then walk down. The boardwalk was fun in the evenings, and our teenage children had a great time at Funland! Plus so many choices for yummy ice cream. Our host was very responsive and communicative! Check in and out were a breeze. We could park two cars at the house, and two more parking permits were provided. The laundry was easy to use as well. And we loved that the house came stocked with towels, linens, soap, and paper products! We would love to come again!

Exceptional hospitality

This property is a true gem and the hospitality of the hosts is unmatched! Every detail was thought of in the home. The beds and linens felt like a high end hotel. Everything was so comfortable, welcoming and made us really feel like we were in our home away from home for the week. We loved cooking meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen and taking nightly strolls around the quiet charming neighborhood. We loved walking everywhere from the farmers market and playground across the street to the shops, restaurants and boardwalk. We used the parking permits they provided for driving to the beach with all of our gear and it made everything so easy. We also were traveling with grandparents, three kids and a baby. The grandparents slept in the first floor master where they couldn’t hear a peep when the kids were making tons of noise upstairs. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the rooms got nice and dark with the shades closed for baby’s naps during the day. Would highly recommend this property to families traveling with kids and anyone looking for a wonderful home away from home at the beach.
