At the same time, it is conveniently close to the town. At only 3 km is Leccio, which has all the first necessity shops, whilst at 10 km are the charming villages of Figline Valdarno and Reggello.

A typical Tuscan country house, this 320 sq m villa has been tastefully restored, maintaining the typical characteristics of this beautiful region, such as the wooden beam ceilings, its decorative ornaments, and the gigantic fireplace in the main room.

Outdoors, the garden accommodates a large salt-water swimming pool (14x6 m, depth cm 140), which can be heated on request (fee applicable), and with hydromassage jets at the pool stairs, a furnished sundeck and gazebo, a dining area with table and barbecue and a changing room with toilet, shower and sauna.

On the ground floor, there is a large community room with stone walls, a large dining table, fireplace and sofas, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster) with also a barbecue and pizza oven, and a toilet. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The first floor can be accessed from an external staircase leading from the courtyard or directly from behind the villa without any staircases, which is practical for people with ambulatory problems. The floor comprises a large sitting room with a grand fireplace, a living room with TV and elegant dining table, a small fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a toilet, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower.
Next to the pool is the annex, a small flat with a living room, a kitchenette, a dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
