Lace up your walking boots or hop on your bike to explore Great Flat Lode (1 mile), which will take you from this section of the Mineral Tramway Trails to Carn Brae's hilltop (2 miles), where you’ll be rewarded with sweeping views of both the north and south Cornwall coasts. Alternatively, spend a romantic day or two exploring Portreath's postcard-perfect beaches (5.5 miles), the sprawling Tehidy Country Park (6.5 miles), or the stunning cliffs of Basset's Cove (6.5 miles).

Step inside your unique Scandinavian-style hideaway and you’ll find a spacious and stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area adorned with wonderful wood panelling, and peaceful views through the French doors. Make yourself at home in the lounge area as you soak up the rustic decor and relaxed ambience. When it’s time to eat, head to the compact kitchen area to whip up some dinner for your special someone.
