Living Room:
As you enter the property and walk through to the back of the house, you are welcomed into a comfortable and spacious living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Featuring two sofaâs, a coffee table and a 45â Smart TV on the wall, ideal for cosy evenings in.
There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4, YouTube and Netflix.
The living room features a high dining table suitable to seat 4 people with 4 stools. We offer trays for sitting around the sofa if you would like to watch TV when eating together.
Kitchen:
The open plan living space flows directly into the fully equipped kitchen, designed to cater for all your needs whether youâre cooking a full meal or a quick snack.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. All appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob & washing machine.
We also have a microwave, toaster and kettle, all for you to use at ease.
Help yourself to the tea and coffee! We also provide complimentary salt, pepper & cooking oil.
Step outside from the kitchen and enjoy the large garden with patio seating. This is perfect for a morning coffee or relaxed evenings outdoors.
Ground Floor Bedroom:
On the ground floor you will find a comfortable super-king bed (photos show 2 singles but these will be a super-king) in the bedroom, also a cosy fireplace, TV on the wall & desk and chair.
The ground floor also benefits from a convenient toilet & sink just off the living room.
First Floor:
Upstairs on the first floor is a cosy single bedroom featuring a comfortable 4ft single bed. There is a rail, hangers and a desk to use.
Also on this floor is the large family bathroom, fitted with a bath/shower, toilet and sink.
Next to the bathroom is another generously sized bright bedroom, which has a super-king bed, (photos show 2 singles but these will be a super-king) a wardrobe, TV, desk and chair.
Second Floor:
The top floor hosts another large bedroom, a warm and inviting space featuring a double bed and a single bed. This is ideal for families or guests wanting extra space.
This room benefits from its own ensuite shower room, with toilet and sink, offering added privacy and convenience.
Every bedroom features extra comfy mattresses, a Smart TV and an individual work station. This is perfect for working professionals, large families or longer stays.
