Upon entry into this lovely, upscale mountain home you will walk into the open concept cozy and vibrant living room complete with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen smart TV with Dish Network, an area where you can place your shoes and coats making you feel quite at home; youâll also find the spacious kitchen finished out with lots of cupboards and new granite counter tops, dishwasher, scenic placed windows, and the traditional dining area with a wooden table and glass doors that looks out over the large sun decks where you can walk out and breathe in all the crisp mountain air and listen to nature sing it's beautiful songs from the surrounding Carson National Forest including bear mumbles, coyote howls, elk bugles during the Autumn rut, Red River babbling nearby where the family can cast a line or two for our local rainbow and brown trout and aspen/evergreen trees quaking in the wind! Down the hallway apart from the kitchen/dining/living area youâll find two of the guest bedrooms, each housing a Queen sized beds and smart flat screen TVs. These bedrooms share the full bathroom off the kitchen featuring the full sized washer/dryer and completed with a toilet with a no-slam toilet lid, shower/tub combo, new granite vanities and fixtures.
Upstairs you'll find the Master Bedroom suite complete with a king sized bed, nightstands, dresser and finished out with a flat screen smart TV/Dish, private full bathroom with a rain shower head, two private balconies and a large landing with a poker table, comfy chairs and sofa. Now if you go downstairs below the main level (kitchen/living room) you will come to the den/fourth bedroom area, complete with a sofa, Smart Flat Screen TV with Dish bunk Bed with a twin up top and a full Sized Mattress on the bottom, ping-pong Table, and 34 bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet with no-slam lid. You may access the garage from this level... Outside you have a large partially fenced yard for your little ones to run off that energy! There is a gazebo, Hot tub and firepit with plenty of seating where family and friends can sit around and tell stories, roast marshmallows and reminisce about the good âol days as they enjoy the greatness of the Red River's Wheeler Peak Views! There is a large parking area at our mountain home, so plenty of space for the whole gang and some toys! You can just jump on your razor and head for the trails straight from the driveway! (Please be mindful of your neighbors and all local speed/traffic laws). This home is complete with Fiber Optic WiFi (coming soon) and Smart TV's in Every Bedroom and Living Area to access your favorite streaming apps so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so... This home has gorgeous mountain and river views from all the decks/balconies and is located just a short distance (3.5 miles/10 minute drive) from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, jeep tours, festivals and so much more! This mountainous retreat is great as a romantic vacation or a family destination generation after generation.
