The apartment building is mainly residential so we would like guests to be considerate of the neighbours when they are coming and going. We respectfully ask that the noise be kept to a minimum after 10 pm and this apartment is strictly not suitable for parties or loud gatherings.

• The main guest's age should be over 30 years. We will ask for an ID to prove the age. We will cancel the stay if you are unable to prove your age.

• Early check-in will be an additional £15 (after 12pm only with 24hr notice)
• Late checkouts will be an additional £15 (with 24hr notice)
• Smoking is not allowed
• Not suitable for parties (Any loud music, parties, or smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation/apartment) with a penalty.
• Quiet time hours: 10 pm-8 am

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
